Superb company with friendly staff, very quick delivery times and great pricing.
I've used a number of similar companies in the past which to be fair have always performed well but I always felt like there was room for improvement. Ultimate Finish are always very quick with their delivery times, most of the time it is next working day even on larger orders.
I was very impressed with the prices on offer and when I had to call them to discuss an order they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

First class once again

I stumbled upon ultimatefinish a few weeks ago and have been continually looking at car detailing products, to which I eventually ordered some bits and was very impressed with the fast delivery and quality of products received. Normally I pop to Halfords to fulfil my detailing needs, as they have a fairly respectable selection, but since ordering from ultimatefinish, Halfords just lost a customer, they make Halfords look like a corner shop selling penny sweets. The loyalty system they have in place seems pretty good, and there's no doubt I will rack up the costs in years to come, so future discount will be great. The prices as well are bang on in comparison to the market, if not cheaper. Another plus which I really liked was their detailing forum, really good idea, and really means you can talk to other people about products you are thinking about buying, or different techniques, methods and so on. Ultimatefinish is awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone, only thing I'm gutted about is that I didn't find this website sooner.

Excellent Service
Ordered a CTEK MXS 5.0 battery charger on Tuesday and it arrived by courier on Friday. This is a top class piece of kit and is highly rated as one of the best, if not THE best, intelligent battery chargers on the market. Very pleased with my purchase and this company is first class and totally trustworthy.

Fast, tracked delivery would recommend
All items arrived together the day after ordering. Always experienced fast delivery, although I have heard of orders being delayed due to 1 item being out of stock, surely this can be remedied by dispatching in stock items, it would guarantee buyer confidence!

Greased lightening delivery
Without paying any premium for a super fast delivery the Bosch lance and snow foam arrived the next day. The quality of the lance is better than the lances that came originally with the Jet Wash machine. Great service, quality and price.

Good products, slow delivery
This company offers a very good selection of products at good prices. I waited three weeks for delivery but hope thats just a one off. If you are running low order well in advance taking into account you might not receive in time. Would like to see a better service where you are advised without asking that your order has been delayed due to stock. Would use again though.

Purchased several different products from the Ultimate Finish and was very happy with the service received and compared to other similar product suppliers i feel that The Ultimate finish prices were very competitive.
The items were received within two days of ordering.

Seeing is believing !
I recently bought a new set of two buckets and scratch guards and also poorboys alloy wheel sealant/wax to keep my freshly powdercoated white compomotive alloys and also all of my powercoated and polished alloy parts protected from brake dust and road grime and dirt so they always look show ready. I applied three coats of wax to the wheels and used the car for a week and the wheels were black, a quick spray with the pressure washer and all the brake dust just washed away without the need to wash them or even use snow foam ! I had heard the product was good but I was amazed how good it really is
Ultimate finish delivered all the products in double quick time and I can highly recommend them and there service to anyone !

Not great
Ordered some stuff a week ago but didn't notice one of the items was "awaiting stock".
After a few days I e-mailed theultimatefinish.co.uk to ask why my order had not been completed.
I was told at this point about the out of stock item (So if I hadn't of asked I would never have been told)
I was told that the item in question was due to arrive at the start of the following week and my order would be sent out as soon as possible.
It is now the end of the following week, no delivery, no correspondance from theultimatefinish.co.uk, nothing :(
I have asked for an update but no response. I may have to cancel my order and get the items from somewhere else as there are a couple of bits I urgently need.
The bit I am frustrated with is the lack of communication.
It would have been nice to have been offered to have all available items sent out with the remaining sent out once they are available.

Need to improve communications
Ordered on 20th January 2013 - as of 27th January 2013 still no sign of delivery.
Contacted Ultimate Finish yesterday to chase delivery to find out one particular item was delaying the complete order (£103.15 btw)........not sure why Ultimate Finish didn't contact me to discuss this (email or phone), I would have either removed the problem item (only valued at £13.54 btw) or accepted partial shipment based on no increase to overall shipping cost.
I have been promised the order will be with me on Tuesday 29th January 2013, let's see whether they keep that promise.
Bottom line, need to improve proactive communications - any more delays or lack of communication will result in me cancelling my order and placing it elsewhere.

Excellent Service
I ordered my battery charger whilst spending Christmas and the New Year in my home in Spain. Even allowing for New Years Day the delivery only took 4 days in total. DHL were excellent and tracking the order was simple. Will certainly use again.

Decent choice of dodo products
I only use dodo products and I've no complaints to the choice available.
The service is very fast and efficient.
However, the postage is a joke. Even though I was at my parents just north of Inverness over the holidays, I had to get my stuff sent to my home miles away in Aberdeen as i would have been charged £6 just to deliver to where I was at the time. Absolute joke. Inverness area is rather accessible and I don't understand the issue. It's really no different to sending to Aberdeen. I was nearly put off ordering from here at all until I just made the decision to go without products until I got back to Aberdeen.

To be fare, this has been ordered on the 29th December so the mail has yet to send my order. I hope to get another opportunity to rate the service on delivery.
Mind you, a battery for my motorcycle ordered on New years day was delivered on the 3rd of January.

Excellent, consistantly good service
I have used Ultimate Finish many times over the years and the service is always consistently good. Competitive pricing on an excellent range of stock, the deliveries are always prompt and very well packaged. Best Company For Car/Bike Cleaning Gear!!
The Ultimate Finish has pretty much everything I require for my Audi & motorbikes whether its a new bike or a restored classic they cater for them. I started using Ultimate Finish because the company I was using had a slow website/delivery, came to these guys & haven't looked back - ever!
Fast delivery friendly service & helpful advice. There have only been 2 occasions where they didn't have what I wanted & then it was only a size/capacity thing.

Speedy clean speedy delivery
I ordered the Ultimate finish snow foam it was ordered at 4pm on Thursday and paid an extra few pence for next day delivery, I expected it to arrive Saturday morning I was very pleased when it arrived in Yorkshire the next morning, mt son got out the gear and tried the foam out in did ok but was a bit thin so we used 3 parts snow foam 1.5 parts warm water, result! A nice foam which clung and removed everything including brake dust from alloys, son said car is even cleaner than when it left the showroom 2 weeks earlier, definitely a good product and a good firm wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone

good service - over the top packing
Good service both on the phone and the goods arrived promptly. However, a very small 30ML bottle turned up in a box many, many times its size. Can't be good for your courier bill or for the planet?
