I am still waiting for my whisky. Parcelforce has been here 3x, each time calling in the morning when I'm out. I had a different delivery which came with Yodel, they deliver till 9pm and Saturday free of charge. So I am unable to rate Whisky exchange on anything else 8 days after ordering because Parcelforce is so unflexible and unhelpful. I am in every afternoon from 1.30pm but Parcelforce won't schedule a convenient time for the customer.
