I really don't wish to add anything to the sentence above. The blinds are very attractive, easy to use, and everyone who sees them for the first time remarks how lovely they are. Many thanks to all who came to my house to show them to me, and them to fit them. I am a very happy bunny!!
Everyone I dealt with was really nice, helpful, courteous. We needed roof blinds for our conservatory to keep the heat down in the summer. A good match to our window blinds was found and at a good price too. Fitting was quick, neat and efficient and we have been very pleased with the look. The blinds certainly do their job.

They were purchased for the conservatory ceiling to help keep the heat in during winter & temperature down during summer. They are doing an excellent job. We now have an extra room in the house that is usable during the winter. Would definitely recommend.
The pleated blinds I have had fitted to my conservatory have transformed it into a welcoming living space. Service was excellent. Lots of choice and everyone turned up at the right time and did exactly as promised. Maybe more expensive than some but a quality result.
From the first contact to fitting was easy and the product really sells itself, you either want them or you don't, its that simple. Yes they are expensive but you don't just pay for the quality of the product but also the quality of the service you get.

These are the people who put all the "fitted blind" adverts in the cheap-end-of-the market magazines. Beware, give your phone number to a conservatory or window company and they'll sell it on to this bunch who will then cold-call you in the evening.
Judging by the amount of advertising and telesales they do, the products they sell must have a mark up of 50+%...You pay for their dodgy marketing strategy.
A member of my family had unfortunately responded to a marketing call made to my home and since then we have been inundated with calls from Thomas Sanderson by the same incredibly rude and condescending person, sometimes three times a day. When told a family member was not home he has implied he has been lied to and has made personal comments. The final straw came 18/10/2011 at 8.30pm when I asked this "sales-person" to stop calling, he refused and hung up the phone. Since then he has been ringing up my home and hanging up the phone when answered.
This caller has been incredibly rude, aggressive and even intimidating upon realising he was not speaking to his desired person. Whilst I realise this employee may not be representative of all sales tactics carried out by Thomas Sanderson I have been very upset and harassed by this employees actions and I am shocked. I don't know why Thomas Sanderson allow this employee to act in a criminal way.
