I originally wrote a review saying that this company's service was speedy but that I was dissatisfied with their packaging for mailing purposes. The company read this because they immediately both emailed me and telephoned me to apologise and try and rectify my complaint. I have to say that whilst I still say their packaging for mailing was poor, they appear to have taken this on board and will probablly not repeat their error. I was impressed with their commitment and reaction to a complaint; it does apppear to be a small and tightly run company and I will give them another go - too many companies don't seem to care what service they provide, this company does.
