Helpful and easy to contact (and certainly no worse than more expensive service providers)
I moved my family to Three (from Vodafone) over the course of the last 12 months. 4 phones in total (each bought separately as the respective contracts ran out. During the year I have made 6 or so calls to customer services. I've never had a problem getting through, and on each occasion they were friendly and helpful to answer my questions. One point deducted for one occasion when they failed to call be back as promised, but otherwise very good indeed.
