A month after I joined Three I noticed on my credit report that I had gained a middle initial. I phoned Three (Indian call centre) who insisted no middle name existed on my account. Left with no other option I sent a letter to Customer Relations team, in it I asked for the mistake to be corrected and a credit for the postage (60p) for sending the letter.
Two weeks later I get an email telling me to call the Indian call centre to remove the middle initial (AND NO 60p CREDIT!) .
Just phoned three customer service and guess what ... No middle name!
Totally useless! I'll be leaving Three as soon as my contract ends.
