I had lot of problem with three from there customer service and also They upgraded me to wrong order and when i received the order i ask for correct one and was told this is exchange i said not its not i am disputing wrong order from your side maybe exchange not from mine, and i was told you can not change it again, which is fine and they said you still have 14 days peace of mind. No when i GOT Better DEAL with O2 three can not take that. Also forgot to mention three is crap network always reception problem, no thing with phone I can bet three millions pound bring any brand new phone its will have reception problem. Its because THREE NETWORK MAIN STREAM INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK IS SMALL COMPARE TO OTHER NETWORK PROVIDER. And never Believe all you can eat data after 5GB of uses it get slow like 15 years old dial up connection . Y dont you think orange, o2 vodafone give this offer because they dont want to mislead customers pay for service and get what you pay for instead you get scammed. Now i am in a situation i have to get solicitor letter and engineer report to cancel the contract to prove that there service are restricted in most area and i dont get the service which i pay for so that the reason i want to cancel for this time wasting will also add solicitor fee to the Three company so next time they don't was some one time.
