Quick Helpfull & What It Said On The Box
First time buying tickets and after looking through a couple of sites I settled for Tickets Alternative. The selection was varied with prices to match all pockets and show size. Due to never having promoted a show keeping price to a minimum was of maximum importance the tickets I purchased although the cheapest in no way looked cheap.
The user is able to customise them with serial numbers a readable bar code and security markings on the back readable by blacklight which I purchased on site.
Customer Services make sure things go smoothly and despite putting the order in late Thursday evening the post man was dropping them off Saturday morning. Amounts suited us great needing only 250 a show needing more or less than this was also well catered for with the very reasonable starting price getting cheaper with quantity. If all goes well I will be using thier services again and I wont be wasting time looking and comparing other sites. There may well be cheaper around but the proof of the pudding is in the eating and this has left me satisfied. Purchased 250 blue fight tickets, blue wristbands and blacklight

Very good and efficient customer response and service
Was very satisfied with the the service I got, Ego Rodriguez was very helpful, friendly and made sure I got my order on time, even though I placed and needed the wristband within a very very short time.

Great Price, Fast Service - Just GREAT
Lovely tickets! Sadly the proof email went straight into my spam folder but when I hadn't replied confirming the layout a lovely lady telephoned me to check everything was fine. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

Glad someone suggested Ticket Alternative.
It was my first time putting on an event and someone suggested I use Ticket Alternative to get my tickets printed. I did and it was super easy to get the tickets done. I paid late at night, and first thing the next morning I received my proof and after approving this, my tickets arrived the very next day.
Was super happy with the quality of the tickets and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be using them again!

FIRST CLASS!!
I am organising a charity fundraising event and needed professional looking tickets but at very little cost. I hadn't heard of Ticket Alternative UK before I did a search on Google but I have been delighted with their product and service. The website is easy to use, the ticket proof was e-mailed promptly and I received the tickets by recorded delivery next day as promised. The cost of just under £20 for 150 tickets including handling, posting and package was excellent value. I will definitely use Ticket Alternative Uk again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Superb service!
Cannot fault the service from these guys at all....simple to use, ordered in the morning, proof emailed within the hour, approved it before 2pm and the tickets were printed that day and received the next morning! Outstanding!

OUTSTANDING service!
The service has been impeccable fromthe company. I will definately be using them again for all furthur events we hold at the rugby club that require tickets!
I ordered my tickets, got help from Ego within an hour, and tickets were on my desk before 10am the next working day. I cannot advise how impressed I am with the service I have recieved

Wonderful company!
This company provided us with the raffle tickets that we were looking for! This is the first online English company that has allowed us to use our American card! Awesome product, super fast shipping! I had just missed the delivery though and had to drive 10 miles out of my way to pick it up, though. Wasn't too thrilled about it, or bow much i had to spend on shipping, but understand why. I will still order/recommend this company again!

Excellent products, great service, but..
I've bought wristbands from Ticket Alternative now for several events and have always been very pleased with the products. The speed at which they arrive is exemplary. I have but one beef.
The only delivery option available is Registered Post. This is the most inconvenient method for me. It's expensive - and there is never anyone here, there cannot ever be anyone here to sign for it, so it's always a case of a trip to the post office, which is awkward in itself. If I would make one suggestion, it would be to offer other delivery options.

Thanks for the suggestion. As you can see from the other comments here, you're not alone! We've now added Royal Mail First Class. It still requires a signature, but it's a cheaper delivery method. We still think every package needs to have a signature for both your protection and ours but this should save you a couple of pounds each time. Plus, I've added a £10 store credit to your account to use on your next order with us. Thanks!

Amazing, order processed and sent in the same day, couldnt ask for more.
I orded wristbands for a Party i organised for great ormond street hospital. this company were amazing, they processed and sent the order within the same day, keeping me updated and provided tracking number, and the next day my order arrived.
I have used twice now, and will continue to do so for future events.
I highly recommend them.
