I would like to use the vouchers bought as a gift. They can not be redeemed on line, so you have to phone up-but they do not answer the phone with a human being. A short message and then they cut you off.I have tried emails, they do not answer, phoning at different times of day etc.,ah, it a nightmare! I would not recommend them or their system. I have tried to sell the tickets at half price but strangley no one wants them. Go to a booking office. Oh this is one, or is it?
