Scam artists!

Have 3 gift cards I received this year.. seems all of them have expired. I've had them for less than 12 months but TM don't want to take them.

Don't buy anyone you know these cards.. might as well throw your money out the window.

Look at the rest of your reviews and sort your act out!

They charge £2 to deliver ticket to you e-mail! :(

Total rubbish!
Why on earth are they chaging £2 for eticket? Its all computerized service , they don't even spend a penny to deliver the ticket to my email. So why are they charging ?!!! Avoid this greedy company.

I am going to a gig tonight & hadn't received my tickets, tried calling their CS line and couldn't get a response. I tweeted @TicketmasterUK and received a response from @TicketmasterCS who provided me with an e-mail address to contact and in the space of 1 hour my tickets have been reissued for me to collect at the venue tonight!
The power of social media has been truely embraced by Ticketmaster - I hope this principle is then shared with their phone CS team! :)

Shameful service

I booked 2 meet and greet tickets for boyzone 9 months ago now only 10 days to go and they have still not dispatched! Bloody disgusting way to handle a customer who as spent over £800!!

Aweful experience

Tried to book 5 tickets to Barry Humphries Dame Edna Fairwell tour.
The Ticketmaster website kept crashing as I tried to confirm purchase.
Phoned the ticketmaster number - charged per minute.
On hold.. with stupid automated options read out... then put on hold forever.
Waited over 20 minutes at cost.... and thought - can't longer be bothered.
As a result the 5 of us will take business elsewhere.... Barry, you miss out mate. Sorry!

Useless!

I've oredered 4 tickets (for myself and 3 friends) on de ticket release date in April. Now it is 5 days till the show and all I've got is a no-reply email that the tickets are beeing process. I think it is the most annoying when you order something well before and you will recieve late. Anyway I know arround 4 people who have ordered the tickets for the same show from somewhere else and they have the tickets since June!
NEVER AGAIN TICKETMASTER! The most useless tickes saler website. If you don't want stress, don't use them.

We had to make an amendment to our booking for the NHM Ice Rink due to travel delays...tried ringing the number but they gave me another number to ring which I did, which was just an automated message - not too great! Then I tweeted @TicketmasterCS on twitter - had an response almost instantly asking me to email, which I did. Email response came back within about 10 minutes and the query was solved and the tickets exchanged! Wouldn't necessarily recommend the phone service for getting anywhere quickly, but can't fault twitter!

They will share your e-mail with anyone. Junk email will never end

Don't use this company, and never give your e-mail address to them. They will share it with hundreds of other sport/events companies. Opt-out tools won't work for these companies. E-mails keep coming even after deleting my account with ticketmaster. Avoid them, as they don't respect anyone and don't deserve your money.

Ticketmaster: Be careful--No matter what you will never receive a refund!

Ticketmaster sold us a room and show package in Atlantic City. We checked at the hotel the next day and the hotel had no reservation for us and no awareness of any room and show package. Ticketmaster provided no hotel room details or confirmation number when contacted, but stated they would investigate. We requested a refund at that point, which was categorically refused. Representative at their Fan Support were initially clueless, then accusatory and hostile. No refund. No apology. The final blow: It was somehow all our fault!? They called us with a hotel confirmation number 11 days after our purchase! Probably the worst online purchase experience we have ever had and the most confrontational, argumentative "Fan Support."

What a sham!

Sorry i'll try and make this experience as short as possible.
My friend book ticket for a event, message back not complete. I did the same the next day, message back not complete. When I looked at my e-mails ticket master thanked me for my booking. I then called my friend and confirmed she had the same message so now we have double booked. I tried my best to cancell my tickets and all I got back was I could not cancell once booked. Trying to contact customer care the phone line just cut off, this happened many time to my cost. So I got buyer for my tickets and waited for them to arrive, 5 days before the event no tickets so I waited another day, stress building, phoned customer service again and again and again only to be cut off repeatedly at my cost. After lot more stress 1 day before event my partner got to speak to someone he was informed my money had been re-embersted 2days after the booking. Why didn't ticket master e-mail me informing me of the transaction and save me a lot of stress and letting down my friends who had agreed to take the tickets off my hands.
I will never even if desperate have anything to do with ticket master again. Customer service to me is not a automated service, put more staff on when the volume of calls are high. Your a sham

Ticketmaster never told me my tickets were purchased with a fraudulent credit card. Now on the day of the show I am ticketless and out 250 dollars

I called in and received the absolute worst service. The tickets that were transferred to me under the auspices of your website were fraudulently purchased. Once you discovered the fraud, three weeks ago, you notified the perpetrator himself and did not notify the actual supposed ticket holders. Thus, on the day of the event I am unknowingly without tickets.

It should be your responsibility to notify current ticket holders if they have been misinformed. I will do everything in my power to avoid using your system and will avidly convince others to do the same.

When I called in you were unhelpful and unwilling to make any reparations. If this is what you call customer service, you are one big joke that is destined to fail as more accommodating and flexible companies inch their way into your customer base.

Ticketmaster's Customer Service, is unhelpful, insincere, scripted and just AWFUL.

Purchasing tickets online for an upcoming concert has never been more complicated or frustrating. After attempting multiple times to purchase my chosen tickets, I was left each time with a “sorry we are unable to process your order” message each time, resulting in losing those tickets. Because I was purchasing those tickets on the hour they were released, the seating got worse each time. I then called the customer help line, where they were no help at all. The person I spoke to gave me a few robotic and scripted apologies, then proceeded to help me purchase tickets at the same price I was paying before, but tickets in a much worse section. I proceeded with a frustrated email, and they gave an unhelpful response, essentially blaming it on my internet saying I had a “network timeout” conveniently at the moment I purchased my tickets; my internet, which I never have issues with. They did absolutely nothing to make up for any of the inconvenience I had been caused except an insincere apology, and a copy and pasted email.

I will avoid using their service any time that I can, unless I can only find tickets on Ticketmaster, and that will only be if I'm very desperate.

So unreliable.

Booked two Theatre Seats at Milton Keynes Theatre having spoken to a lady at Ticketmaster,who gave me a reference number. I booked three days in advance.
She said a confirmation e-mail would be sent.

We left for the show, the confirmation e-mail hadn't been received but we took the reference number we'd been given.

Got to the Theatre to find no seats had been reserved and the Theatre didn't recognise the reference number we'd been given.

After spending loads of time waiting and only because of the good-will of the Theatre Manager we were given seats. The Manager said he had NO reservations at all via Ticketmaster for the show.

The following day, we checked our e-mails and saw we had received the confirmation e-mail from Ticketmaster which had only been sent 45 minutes before the show was due to start! It gave a different reference number as well but even so the Theater hadn't received that either!

Very very unreliable. I'll never use them again.

Ripped off! £485 not being refunded!

We picked ticket master due to the brand, however I would never EVER use them again.

We wanted to purchase tickets for V Festival, chose standard tickets and went through checkout, it then asked us if we`d like to upgrade our tickets to VIP, (which we did at extra cost.)

VIP tickets arrived and didn't come with entrance tickets!!! Spoke to Ticketmaster who said we should have gone back on and ordered standard tickets as the upgrade removes them! Now there are no normal tickets left, and we now have 6 VIP tickets which cost £485, which we cannot even use!

Ticketmaster are refusing to offer a full refund, even though their site was to blame and tickets are not valid!

Rude staff and I'm now not able to get into V festival and £485 down!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before using Ticketmaster!

I bought tickets for an event which takes place on August 15th in February of this year. Three days before the event (tickets bought and paid for 6 months ago remember) the tickets had not arrived. Messages sent on the website were not answered. When I eventually found a human being to speak to after much fruitless looking on their website I found my tickets had not been dispatched and I will have to queue at the box office at the venue to get them on the night. What is the point of this service? I bought tickets well in advance to ensure I would see the band and to avoid queuing. Website is useless and just sends you around in circles. In future I will make the journey over to Birmingham to buy the tickets from the venue personally and would NEVER use Ticketmaster ever again.

Save yourself and avoid this company. YOUR EVENT COULD BE RUINED.

I can't even put into words the amount of frustration I have experienced with this company. They sent me an email saying that my tickets were PRINTED and SHIPPED out on June 11th; I should be receiving it in 10 days. It was July, and I still had not received it so I called customer service. I seriously do not know who hires the people to answer these calls but they are absolutely INEXPERIENCED. The girl said that the concert was far into the future, so that even though it says my tickets should arrive in 10 days it could take longer and to call in another week or two if I still haven't received it. I called back today which has been over a month when I should of gotten my tickets. They told me it was lost, and I have to get them at the box office at the day of the event with credit card, id, and everything. Reading the other reviews, I have a feeling even that would be an issue and i'm doubting if i'll even get in for tickets I BOUGHT.

Do NOT bother with this company !!!!!!

Purchased tickets for Paul Weller at Delapre Park last November. Tickets did not arrive . Kept phoning ( big mistake ) . Was told that nothing could be done until 3 days before the event . The event was last Friday and I was only told that morning that I could collect tickets at box office at 5pm . I got there at 5pm as I had nothing in writing to confirm I could collect tickets. Ticketmaster do not send emails !!??!! . Box office didn't open until 6pm . When a lady from the Council arrived ( there was no one there from Ticketmaster ) she had pages of names of people all having to show passports etc to collect tickets that hadn't arrived . We did get in , but funnily enough , still didn't get a ticket , we just walked in .
My total cost of phoning Ticketmaster has now exceeded £70 . Please think twice before dealing with this company. You cannot email them , if you ' ask a question ' on their website you do not get a straight answer , and I was told , before I got told to ' hold the line ' that it was not a premium rate number. It is.
Appalling customer service , phone calls are extortionate . In my mind not to be trusted. Too many discrepancies . eg . Ticketmaster have a box office at the event - they didn't . Tickets have been sent - were they ? . You can collect duplicate tickets on the evening of the gig - NO , there were no duplicate tickets.. Phone calls are not premium rate - they were.

Never give anyone a Ticketmaster e gift voucher!!!

My partner was given a gift voucher for his 50th birthday for £75.00, but we were not told it has to be used within 12 months of purchase , we were led to believe it was 12 months from date of activation, but on reading other reviews online, and typing in our PIN number to see a zero balance, we now realise it was activated at time of purchase, and that is over 12 months ago, it is totally disgusting and misleading and something I would recommend never to buy one of these awful vouchers, you 'll just end up losing out big time, and the company gets someone else's money !!!

Rubbish company

I purchased tickets to see Elvis Costello at Thetford on July 13th. I bought and paid for these in March. By July 11th I hadn't received my tickets. I E mailed and phoned [which took forever] and they said they would get back to me which they didn't. I am disgusted at the service from them. DREADFUL is a better word. I can not believe thay are still in operation. Very angry. They don't deserve 1 star for service, but then I am sure they don't give a s**t
