That is an understatement. Absolutely horrible service. I booked a flight from London to Bangalore that leaves in the night at 9PM. Even received a payment confirmation with the dates. But when they sent me the e-ticket it was the flight that leaves in the MORNING. Absolutely horrible. I called them up and their attitude is sickening. They wouldn't even apologise and they try to put the blame on me! Trust me when I say this; This is an absolutely horrible service.
I booked my tickets with this company February last year and decided to cancel in less than 24 hours, despite booking in 3 months advance I was charge £50 for cancelling item, money was refunded after waiting good 4 weeks! they employ most unprofessional and untrained staff who lack basic customer service skills. this company does not have a proper number to call! I advise KEEP away! the reviews are clearly FAKE and genuine customer won't rate company when the provide such a poor service. Never using again
Its as good as other low cost finders. But VERY horrible if you want to amend your bookings. When you spend £100 on total journey. If you make amendments you will end paying £200 after makign changes to your booking
I dont understand why they always look for a way to squeeze customer when he/she appraoches them with request for change in booking.
If you are 100% sure that you dont change your booking, go with these guys. Else, pls ignore.
