I was pleased with the service although something sticks in my mind about my original booking. I was advised the following day that the theatre tickets were sold out and once i stated that the money had been taken out of my account the tickets were said to be in the post - really confused me....

The confusion may have arisen because you had booked an "On Request" break with us. We list some performances with this status when availability for the show is very limited, as is often the case for Les Miserables on Saturday evenings. This didn't mean the show was sold out, but meant that we needed to make certain of having tickets prior to confirming your package and taking any money, and we contacted you as quickly as we were able to with a progress update.
We apologise if any of our explanations caused any anxiety, and we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your break to London with us - including the upgraded breakfast we managed to arrange!
