Great products/delivery/customer service highly recommended
I have bought from this company several times with always top quality goods,very fast delivery and can now add excellent returns policy - not because the goods I bought were faulty but because I bought for a teen-age grand-daughter who didn't like my choice for her !!!

Brilliant website, easy to follow, excellent service!
Having a daughter whose school uniform includes bottle green tights was not an easy task when the local supplier stopped stocking the tights. Found the website by googling. The website is easy to use and when putting in your requirements the item comes straight up.
Having ordered the tights (this was my second order) I got an email detailing my order I then got emails telling me my order was being packed, had been despatched and an expected delivery date. It arrived before the date advised was well packed and all in all was a very good experience. I shall continue to use this site in future. Thoroughly recommend.

Great company and lots to choose from!
The site was easy to find what I was looking for and the amount of products to choose from was very impressive. The designs are up to date and ordering was a breeze. Appalling delivery time
I'm still waiting for my order which I was told was shipped 14 days ago. I emailed customer service 2 days ago, I still have not had a reply. Just ridiculous! I won't be shopping here again. I don't pay the whopping 8 pounds minimum delivery fee for this kind of service.

EXCELLENT QUALITY WITH SPEEDY DELIVERY
Tights were of very good quality and did not ladder easily. Liked the idea of Free postage for 12 months - I hope that I am offered this again. The other reason I have re-ordered from time to time is that the tights arrive in parcels that can be posted through your letter box.
I have a query and I am not sure without checking if tightsplease can be contacted via email. I would like to know if the tights I used to buy are still available to purchase - Tudor Rose in XL.

overpriced!
I tried them last night and my immediate thought was that they are very easy to use. I am very happy with my tanned legs and the tan deepened as the evening went on. This morning my legs look great. However, as they can only be used once (for the tanning) I feel they are overpriced. Also the tights are really a rotton colour and I would'nt even wear them for work, which makes it an expensive leg tan even though they look good!

Great tights for big people
Wonderful to be able to find tights that fit, very few cater for larger sizes. Colour is not the best but acceptable, a little dark for summer wear. I would buy these again.

TIGHT, SMOOTH & FLAWLESS!
This is by far the best way to buy hosiery; i do wonder though, why each pair needs to be packaged and posted separately, surely it would be cheaper to package the entire order and post as one package.

Impressive service with great brands, choice and quality.
I have ordered many times and not once have I had a problem with delivery, payment of goods or quality. I come to this site because it is once of very few places I can get the brands I like. Appalling Customer Service
Your website allowed me to place an order for goods that were out of stock. You emailed to say they were out of stock after you had taken payment. You then emailed the same email that indicated that the order had been placed, then following a telephone call made by me I found out the the goods would not be available for at least another week. I will not be using your website again and will not reccomend to my friends and family. I made a successful purchase with next day delivery from Amazon - I should have gone there first!

At last - something different!
I was so pleased to find this site, it's refreshing to know that not everyone wants to dress as though they have just stepped off a factory production line. I love to put outfits together and the only snag was leg-wear. Now that problem is gone, I just have to go to tightsplease and look for a description that matches the look I'm looking for and, at the click of a button my outfit is complete (and unique). The service is efficient and the products good quality - what more could you want from a company?

fabulous customer service second to none
brilliant tights and the customer service was second to none, had a problem with a voucher i was using but they sorted it out straight away and were really nice and helpful about it. only went on the site to use the money off voucher but will now definately go back for more tights as they are just perfect all round and its nice to finally find a web service that has brillant customer service, Thank You Tightsplease! :)
