Started with a very easy to follow and place order on web site. Delivery on time and although not needed good instructions and labels for a no fuss return should there have been a problem.

I live in a remote and rural area so shopping on line is my main way of buying. I did visit the city recently and looked everywhere for Glossy tights but one well known department store wanted £20 for 1 pair!.

I am attending a wedding in the USA next week. I tried on my complete outfit and when I came to take off my tights I discovered a hole in them!! The tights I had purchased in House of Frasers in Edinburgh. As there is no House of Frasers shop in Aberdeen, I decided to see if I could find tights on line - I was very pleased to find the exact replacement pair of tights I needed on line from tightstiightstights. The service was excellent and I had two pairs of tights delivered to my door within 48 hours. Excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend this online company. The tights I purchased were Elbeo Mirage Tights - grey - these are light support and I find them very comfortable to wear.

Service poor

Service very poor..ordered almost two weeks ago still no delivery, maybe not the companies fault as dispatched on time however due to Royal Mail delays or lost in the post still not had my wifes gift. An alternative such as full refund or re despatch goods should have been offered.

We have taken this up with our carriers (Royal Mail) who have advised that as you did not include a company name in the business address you had this sent to they will not even attempt to deliver. Your parcel is being held at the local sorting office (Alderhill)and will be returned to us if not collected.
