I just needed 6 inch square plain white ceramic tiles to fill in some existing gaps, could not for the life of me get them from the DIY stores or even specialist tile outlets, so Tile Supply was a real saviour. The tiles came, great price and very well packaged.
On 22/11/13 , late evening, ordered tiles on web-site and paid via direct debit . During process the web-site went into limbo and i did not receive any confirmation of order.
Rang office following Mon via type-talk (as I am deaf and do not make/receive voice calls directly) 0843 2894 230. Was assured that order (41706) had been received and was being processed. I asked for confirmation of order via email and this was agreed.
After noting payment had now been deducted from my bank account but no confirmation email sent rang again a few days later. Adviser claims that emails had been sent and suggested maybe in my junk box (which is empty) . Asked for re-sending of order confirmation (still not received to date) and copy in post (still awaiting).
Yesterday received this TrustPilot review so obviously they can get thru to me via my email so why cannot Tile Supply. Clearly this organisation has problems with its own web-site and email correspondence. Where are my tiles please!
I would avoid using tile supply as that they will mislead you about there stock quantities and availability. The lied to me over the phone just to get my money and there website also said the tiles were available. It has been one week since my date of purchase of tiles on next day delivery and the have not arrived. I still have not received my refund for the tiles they have not got in stock. Do not trust this company! They will rip you off

Purchased tiles for the en-suite bathroom and due to no notice being received of the delivery no-one was home to accept delivery on the day. The delivery driver had my number and called once they were outside the house but were unwilling to wait until I could get home so they took the tiles back to the depot.
I was then called the next day and a very unhelpful conversation occurred where I was informed that I had to pick them up myself or pay another £40 for re-delivery.
We subsequently found that the notification emails were sent to google's spam folder because their mail server had been identified as a spam client. I would argue that notification is the responsibility of the supplier not the customer and if they had called, or the driver had called to notify an estimated delivery time we would have made sure we were home but as such this became an unpleasant transaction I wouldn't want to repeat again.
Having visited Tile Supply showroom with an extensive display, the staff there gave wise advice and free samples to take home. Added to this excellent service, they offered the best price I could find anywhere and so I ordered with 'delivery to store'. To exceed my expectations, they actually delivered to home at no additional charge, saving me a visit to the store. I will definitely use Tile Supply again.
From initial contact to Sales, Richard, and his follow up on a very small but not straightforward order, then through to Returns dept, Dave, for handling small omission by Inventory/Stocks, their courteous email responses and speedy solution to minor problem has been very reassuring.
The only hiccup we can mention is that we found inputting into an electronic response form was not an easy process and the only cause of irritation in the whole process.
The two employees we dealt with are to be well recommended, and hopefully they are valued by their company management.
I would highly recommend tile supply - ridiculously cheap sample beautifully packaged and swiftly delivered. Placed my order and the tiles were there in no tile at all. The price as the lowest I could find by a long way.
We ordered the tiles fine, they came fairly quickly, but with little notice, (good job I happened to be looking at my computer, and able to get time off work for the next day delivery, because if I was out I would have been charged for redlivery).
Few cracked tiles but didn't bother returning as you have to go on the website with descriptions, photos and proof etc. which wasn't worth the hassle for 4 tiles.
Tiles arrived within 4 days as promised- Brill
Waited 5 days for delivery.
Day before due, received phone call to say not in stock for another couple of weeks.
Money still to be refunded.
Waste of time.

I would like to say that I had no problem choosing the tiles I wanted. They were half the price of one quote I`d had and the delivery service was brilliant which counts for a great deal as I didn`t order mosaics and with some couriers that's what would have arrived.
I would use this company again.
Order delivered promptly, and the delivery chap was top notch. Tiles are excellent and uniform in size - which helps considerably with the laying. All in all from inception of the order with Tile Supply, to the delivery of tiles, all excellent across the board. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone interested in tiles.

The website was easy to use, the range of tiles is excellent and when it came to delivery, the tiles quickly arrived and were very well packaged. No fuss at all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tile Supply Litd to a friend and will use them again.
Its a pity Tile Supply couldn't put the correct address on the package, I had to go and fetch it from another persons address. I expected an appology but I didn't get one.
Although I haven't used the tiles yet on inspection they seem to be a good match for the 6 x6 imperial tiles I have to replace. Watch this space!!!
After a minor problem with mismatch data on the credit card transaction, the service was excellent, the samples were received promptly and in good condition. Subject to the final decision on which tiles we will use, I would be pleased to do business with this Company
Ordered samples on 21st of month, informed that samples sent out on 28th with delivery date of 29th, which did not happen. So far not too impressed with service so do not use unless you have plenty of lead time???
Tiles less than half the price Next were selling them at. Great customer care. I placed an order for 20 boxes of tiles plus adhesive and grout. The quantity and type of grout and adhesive that I had ordered seemed incorrect to what I would need so they rang to query and confirm order. I had made a mess of order so they talked me through exactly what I would need and amended order. Many other firms wouldn't have bothered and shipped whatever I had initially ordered.
Postage was free as I spent over a certain amount. Delivered within 3 working days.
I ordered my kitchen tiles and the order went through smoothly, the money taken out of my bank virtually straight away, however, I had no notice that they were in stock or if they had been dispatched or an expected delivery date!
Just a simple e mail to say they had been dispatched and would be delivered on an approx date would have been nice and helpful. However I have to say the boxes of tiles were very well wrapped so very little chance of breakage in transit.
Whilst the delay was a couple of days more than I thought it could be, I was happy to be patient as it was free delivery on my particular product. I ordered one item so that I could be sure that it matches the tile colour that I already have in the bathroom. They appear to be of a good quality for the price.
What I cannot fault at this stage is the packaging that the tiles came in! It took me quite some time to unwrap it so am confident that when I order the main bulk of my requirements I can trust them to arrive in good condition.
As long as this goes according to plan I will be more than happy with the product.
We wanted to exchange some tiles we purchased and filled out the relevant forms first thing on a Monday morning. Having phoned the helpline to progress this I was told I was not allowed to speak to the returns dept and everything had to be done via email in writing. I then asked when I would get a response and was met buy a gruff "don't know, when we get to you, we are busy".
This is a shocking level of after sales service level and to be told I cant talk to anyone seems like a communist state run oppressive government environment.
I would not buy from them and then expect any after sales care at all!
Still waiting for a response on my exchange/return two days later.......
