Poor customer service.
After ordering tiles and grout through thier website and paying a premium for express delivery, they arrived days later.
Expecting a quick resolution, part refund of the delivery charge, i got promise after promise that they would get back to me, but no response.
For something so simple, they sure know how to drag out problems by simply not communicating!

SAMPLES
Ordered 4 metro samples, at the time were all in stock, Recd updated emails quite frequently about delivery and stock. First 3 recd and then the final 1 delivered, al within the week. Colours are nyc but could be a little brighter but are uneven (does mention this on the back via a sticker). 2 out of the 4 came with quite thick lines of plaster on them!!! Not sure what that wasa bout. Due to the variation in colour, this has now made me think twice as im not sure if I placed an order, the proper tiles may come looking like this (uneven colouring). Apart from this tiles fine.

Always cautious about ordering on the Internet .oder form was easy to fill in and the tiles arrived with a couple of days.delivary guy also waited while I checked the boxes. First class service and saved myself alot of money. I would deffinatly use this company again.thank you.

Samples promptly and accurately delivered
Ordered a set of samples and they arrived promptly, well packaged, and labelled - and where lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.

Best price and best service
The tiles I bought from Tile Supply were half the price of anywhere else.
I ordered Thursday am for Friday delivery and they duely arrived at 10 am Friday well packed and all in one piece.
You can't ask for more than that!

Excellent Tiles Excellent Service
Why oh why did I traipse around many a tile store when I could have just ordered them from Tile Supply. The tiles I bought were not only half the price I had seen in Homebase but Tile Supply offered free delivery too. Tile Supply kept me updated with the status of my order, I ordered the tiles on the Friday and they were delivered by courier on Tuesday, the courier kindly wheeled the tiles into my back garden, which saved my back, the pallet was secure and well packaged.
I will definitely recommend Tile Supply to others, what a great company!!

Innacurate Stock
Checked stock online, placed order, paid for order. Stock then advised as not available as " we hadn't updated our stock on-line". Waste of time.

As you were aware, the stock that you tried to order had a notice, saying that there was limited stock as it was a discontinued tile. Additionally, we did have stock of that particular tile. Unfortunately, not enough to fulfil your order which is why you received an email and a phone call notifying you of this.
You are a competitor and you tried to order the stock from us so you could fulfil your own order as you were out of stock.
Do you not find it a bit harsh that as you are a tile company yourself and you took the original order, then found out that you were out of stock and had to try and source the product from another company. Then after we advised you that we did not have the full quantity of tiles in stock, it is a bit over the top to leave a review to try and push other customers your way.
This review will be reported to the admin of trust pilot, as it is a deliberate attempt of trying to to damage the reviews of our company.

Great service, fast delivery time
Tile supply were very helpful when I rang and the delivery time was very quick. Cost of the tiles was very competitive. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing value and service.
I placed my order late on the Monday afternoon and they were delivered on the Wednesday afternoon. A major competitor quoted 10 - 12 days for delivery and were well over twice the price. Thank you for both an excellent price and service.

Great service
We are looking to try and match some kitchen tiles that appear to be obsolete. The website at least showed us some colour options and we were able to order some samples at very little cost. They were sent and arived within 3 days, I feel that is excellent customer service. Just need to keep trying to match now!

Excellent Service
Delivery was very fast. The tiles are excellent quality. Had no problem with replacement broken tiles (2 boxes damaged by delivery man, grrr.....) . Very helpful and friendly service. would recommend.

Fabulous Service
I ordered some samples to match some existing tiles., not only was the cost to me obviously less than the courier costs, they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately for Tile Supply, we have decided a different route, so will not be buying tiles, but I will definately use them for any future purchase.
