dissapointing
after receiving 3 different damaged headboards I am very dissapointed with the product and the rude couriers used !!! I Although the staff at time 4 sleep were very helpful the quality of my daughters bed which we had to wait 4 weeks for is very poor and we have had to accept one still with damage as I no longer wish to meet any further couriers and wait in all day - I currently still have a damaged headboard in my garage awaiting collection

Absolutely brilliant service and beautiful product
Everything was faultless. Ordering was simple, delivery was fantastic, customer service team really helpful and the bed itself is just perfect. I was looking at aspace and GLTC bunk beds at more than twice the price and am so happy I went for these ones. Really good head space between top and bottom bunks and great mattress/bunk bed deal.

Bed ok, drawers great, delivery man dreadful!
The service from T4S was polite and efficient.
The Bed is ok for the price. It looks lovely in our daughter's bedroom, but we didn't know there was a metal supporting bar underneath. This bangs every time you move in the bed so we have risked removing it. This is fine for a child, but I'm not sure if it would be strong enough for a heavy adult.
BUT..... when the delivery man arrived I said I needed to check the parcel before I could sign for it. He said he would take it away and we ended up have a 'scuffle' on the doorstep as I tried to hold onto it! I ended up signing that it was damaged. Not a nice experience, hence the 3 stars.

Fantastic quality and service
We were both concerned at putting put storage bed together we are both in our 60's and really worried, however when the bed arrived the delivery men were fantastic carrying everything into the bedroom in such a caring way. They were so polite and helpful, the bed was so ready to put together all the major fitting had already been riveted, it took us less than an hour to put this finest quality bed together, and this taking our time, would recommend time 4sleep to everyone great company and great quality.

Damaged Goods but good customer service
When the goods arrived, unfortunately part of it was damaged and due to the fact that I live in a fairly remote location I had to wait almost 10 days for a replacement part. Because the damaged part was from the bed, I had to sleep on a blow up bed for the duration. All this aside, the customer service was excellent and I was given compensation for my inconvenience. My poor rating was purely for the inconvenience. I would have no problems recommending you to others and the goods are of a great quality.

Great product and super delivery. Excellent,
This is a really good bed for a spare toom. We chose the better quality mattresses and are really pleased we did as they give the impression they will last a while.
Delivery of the bed was at the time promised and the men took time to make sure it was taken upstairs for us. They were polite and courteous.
I would certainly recommend this product and company to to others.

great quality and value

Plenty of packaging for safe arrival
My order was acknowledged by email and we waited the estimated number of weeks for our delivery. A telephone call from the delivery company confirmed a date (all day delivery I think from what I remember) however I was at home but didn't hear the courier knock/ring. I think a phone call on the doorsteph would of helped. There was no note through the door of attempted delivery :-( (not good) but they automatically delivered the next day. I was happy with the condition of items on arrival as they were very well packaged and very happy with my sons new beds. Thank you.

Disappointed - rude staff
I ordered a double ottoman bed after receiving help with my selection from Miriam. Upon delivery the bed was very damaged, and the delivery invoice clearly noted that its damage was noted on collection by the delivery driver from the depot.
Due to the inconvenience I requested delivery that would suit and accommodate us, the customer, and was met with unhelpful, unapologetic rudeness from Brian who was insistent on blaming the delivery driver for damaging the bed. which was not only broken but had been stored in a wet area. I critisised the very restricted delivery service which I had already accommodated once and continued to experience poor attitude. Complaining to the company director, he responded by email, apologised for the bed issue but failed to comment on my concerns regards the rudeness of his colleague. Subsequently learning that Jonathan had spoken to my daughter and shared the same attitude, I decided to cancel my order and shop elsewhere. Time4sleep, customer relations count!! Despite an offer of some discount, I would have welcomed a full acknowledgement. I dont think online companies should underestimate the power of word of mouth, especially in the age of social networking. Miriam seems to be the only member of the team who knows how to speak with customers.

No quality control and awful customer service - BE WARNED!!!
Me and my wife recently bought a bed from this retailer and on the first attempt to assemble it the initial part was faulty due to poor manufacturing which should have never left the factory(clearly little or no quality control).
As we had relatives coming to stay in the next 2 weeks who the bed was intended for we were assured that a replacement part would be redelivered at our convenience the following weekend. Needless to say this part did not arrive.
When my wife contacted customer service to find out what had happened she was informed that the part would be delivered later that week when we were at home so someone could receive it. However when we contacted the transport company to arrange this we were informed the part would be delivered while we were at work in the morning and that we should not have been told otherwise. When we explained we would not be home as we both work full time and that we had people coming to stay in the next couple of days so we needed that part as a matter of urgency they were very unhelpful and rather difficult. After some lengthy phone calls with a manager the only solution was for me to have the part delieverd to my office in central London. This was most inconvenient as the parts were over 6 feet long and weighed nearly 20 kg. I had no choice but to carry it home on the train which was not easy.
When I finally got the part home and again tried to assemble the bed I hit another problem when constructing the main frame the mattress sat on. This was another manufacturing fault as one of the screw wholes was threaded thus not allowing me to fit one of the bolts that held the frame together.
As we had people coming the next day and it was now too late to arrange an alternative we had no choice but to reluctantly use it. We have made time4sleep aware of this and have been offered no help so far.
I would like to mention that this is the second bed we have now purchased from them and certainly the last as we now have a problem with our original mattress that is still within warranty. However this retailer is trying to dismiss the problem as wear and tear however we have supplied them with detailed pictures showing a severe dip on one side but to no avail. We are also wating for the manufacturer to contact us.
We have now abandoned any hope of getting either of these problems resolved as it is not worth the time or energy it takes to deal with these people.

excellent service from advice to delivery
After spending many hours trawling the web, I kept going back to Time 4 Sleep due to the clear lay out of the web site and the friendly, non pushy, salesperson on the end of the phone. There is a lot of choice on line so I would like to recommend this company to anyone who is currently looking for a bed. The price seemed very competitive too.

Seamless process
Really pleased with our storage bed. There was some delays in initially responding to my queries but once the bed was ordered the whole process was very seamless and we are really pleased!

prompt service good value for money
I ordered my goods late on Monday evening and received my goods on the Friday, no quibbles about us coming from outer space (I live in north east Scotland) This often means with many companies delivery is over a week later than for other areas because of the distance (snails pace) as well as excessive delivery charges.The goods arrived as promised in good condition, quality was excellent and good value for money I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great Product, Great Service & Great Price
I ordered a lovely white leather Hyder Bali Ottoman Double bed as the price was the most competitive. I received a phone call the next day to arrange delivery which was available almost immediately. The bed is great with loads of easily accessible storage and Time 4 Sleep were professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Another typical on-line supplier with poor customer service - AVOID
I am an interior designer dealing with furniture suppliers all day long so prior to placing orders I usually liaise on the phone with the sales team. Time 4 sleep's sales team is trying to present their products as being bespoke and high end and this is definitely NOT the case. They are patronising on the phone, not knowledgeable enough and only care about selling a bed, not client focused at all.
I advised my client not to buy from them, but since the price was quite cheap they wanted to go ahead. When the bed was delivered it was left at the front door, the delivery guy refused to take it up to the flat and when we complained about not informing us while ordering (we placed the order over the phone to avoid misunderstandings & mistakes), their answer was that we should have read the website more carefully! Quite rude on the phone, they couldn't care less.
Another one of those online suppliers that care about selling 'boxes' and not about the overall customer experience. Disappointing.

First Class Service from order to delivery.
Based on other reviews I felt confident this comany would not let me down. Immediately after placing my order on line the Customer Sevice team had contacted me to say thank you for the order & gave me a choice of 3 dates the following week for delivery. The product I bought is superb & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
This company does not honour any guarantees on the products they sell. Our delivery was rescheduled twice, then it turned out the part was faulty and we had to have another delivery of the spare part, which was also rescheduled.
The mattress was not as described either

Simple, easy, cost competitive
I have already recommended Time4sleep to a friend. Can't fault them. Bed arrived in no time. Website has clear and easy to use. When I thought I had an issue (missing bolts) I rang the contact number and was dealt with straight away. I should point out that I had misplaced the bolts (oops) but it was still nice to know that a friendly voice was at the end of the phone.

Excellent bed and service, horrible delivery
This is an excellent bed -- really solid. I must say it took two of us eight hours to assemble, but we are not really into DIY. One of the lifting mechanisms was faulty but the very helpful and friendly retailer offered a replacement which fixed the problem.
However, the retailer was let down by the CityLink, the couriers who seem to think they can claim they attempted delivery several times but no one was in (when we were), not leave a card because they get lost(!), refuse to specify a sensible delivery window even on the day, claim couriers don't carry mobile phone when they do, and eventually deliver five days later. This happened with the delivery of both the bed and the replacement part. The only reason I mention this here and take away one star is because time4sleep are solely responsible for quality control and their choice of couriers.

Fit for a King (Arran Oak Ottoman Storage Bed - King Size )
I bought an Arran Oak Ottoman Storage Bed , a King Size from Timeforsleep. Their contact during the ordering and pre-delivery stage was great, and they were very helpful at the time of construction as well - I had to phone them up twice to ask questions.
The bed itself is very fine - excellent quality and just as I hoped. I believe it is very good value for its price. I bought the mattress separately , but had particularly wanted a plain but quality wood ottoman with plenty of storage space, which it has. A word of warning though - the lifting bed top, with a mattress on it (which it will have of course when it is normally made up and in use) - is really quite heavy and not for someone with a bad back or who isn't really quite strong. The hydraulics work perfectly well - it's not that - it is quite simply the grunt that is needed to get it lifted the first couple of feet before the hydraulics do their job.
The construction was undertaken by my partner and went very easily on the whole - although there were a couple of places which needed clarification and which could be revised in the instructions (this was passed on). It must be done by two people: in fact as I popped out during a critical phase where the metal frame was inserted into the wooden frame, my partner decided to do this alone, and ended up marking the headboard with little black ticks that wouldn't just rub off, and which I tried later to remove - and have only succeeded in blanching and spoiling the wood surface, which was quite upsetting before I'd even used the bed. I am hoping to recover that using wax or similar. But that was nothing to do with the company of course: I'd have no hesitation recommending Timeforsleep or the product. It's a lovely bed and they delivered and transacted very professionally.

Good quality wooden bed, Service Good, New Oak Wooden Sleigh Bed By Devonshire
I always like to have something different, and did so many research, about quality looking bed, went to most of well known furniture shops in edinburgh, as bit hesitant to buy something like bed online, only worry if unhappy then it will be difficult to return. and need to look for quality as well as dont want to spend fortune on bed, firstly my preference was for something like sleigh bed, which always look rich, but realised that all time favourite still old fashioned, and when you put (king size) in bed room it take so much space( if you have huge size / extra large bed room then perfect), i always wanted to have something quality , modern yet traditional, bit different and still when you put in bed room it doesn't need to look like taking so much space and still feel room spacious, then i found New Oak Wooden Sleigh Bed By Devonshire,
it has low foot end so any nice bed spread also enhance, it easy to watch television, and head rest also there, so no need to spend extra on head rest or decoration. airy so though in winter it circulates air, and easy to clean, even from bottom i bought from time4sleep, they were very helpful, and answer all my questions and queries politely, and even when i bought kept me inform about delivery at all stages, and arrive in stated time,
only suggestion i would say there were no practical installation,/ assembly guide with bed packaging, so if instructions are there then much helpful for someone who dont do diy. and on headrest one side it has slight chips, around 2 inches, not sure if it was there from beginning , not a big issue, at the moment it is just 2 months using it, so time will tell the quality, but definitely catch eye, look strong yet not too much heavy, and everyone appreciated.
