Ordered the item, received a confirmation, but received no shipping confirmation or any communication concerning delivery or tracking.
Visited the Tiny Tots Direct website to buy a baby food processor and steamer. Found a device that matched our criteria and also compared well from a price comparison perspective.
We made an order based on the fact that the company had positive reviews rather than being the cheapest, so expected good customer service.
Unfortunately we have received no communication regarding shipping, we spoke to a person who had no idea where our order was, and then said they needed to call the warehouse, they took our details and promised to call back with the information regrading our delivery and shipping.
We have tried calling the company back 4 times and reached the answer phone on each occasion, no one ever called us back.
Still awaiting some clarity on my order.......

We advised that we were chasing this with our warehouse team so that we can give accurate information, we do know where your order is.

Fantastic Service
I ordered the All Star Giggle pram system by Cosatto at the end of December and the buggy wasn't out yet. I wanted to have the buggy by mid Feb and Tiny Tots were not able to ask the manufacturer to expedite the delivery as it was the first ever batch. However, I stuck with the order and then to my pleasant surprise got a phone call mid Jan and had my buggy the next day. brilliant service!

Great customer service
Places my order but the item wasn't in stock but the customer service team kept me well informed and delivery was arranged for a Saturday morning which was great.

Good range but after one week nothing has been delivered yet.
We liked the range of products and the prices appear very competitive but after one week there is no sign of our order and no communication explaining why. I checked the info supplied in the order status online and the only information is: waiting shipment. At no point during the purchased it was pointed out to us that the item would take longer than usual (3 to 5 working days as per shipment information on their website) to be delivered. I tried calling the number supplied on the website today (Saturday morning) but there was only an answer machine.

Great Price, Speedy Delivery!
The product I bought was cheaper on Tiny Tots than any other website I found. The delivery service was great (within 24 hours). I am a Very Happy Customer and would recommend Tiny Tots to friends and family.

Great service better prices
After searching all over the internet for a good price on the pushchair I wanted I finally came across tiny tots and I'm glad I did, not only were they the cheapest by far the service was great too. Ordering was simple and delivery was very fast. The pushchair came well packaged and working perfectly

RUBBISH!!!
Sent faulty item that was already showing signs it had been opened by another buyer and sent back (box was ripped open and tapped back together and the batteries were left in the toy and all furred up around the terminals. After a couple of phone calls to Tiny tots direct they said i could send it back. I informed them then that the website stated they were out of stock but they assured me they had them in. Well i'm still waiting 3 weeks on. They must be sending it on the back of a Tortoise! NEVER AGAIN...

Excellent Customer Service
We ordered a baby swing which was out of stock and were notified immediately and given the CHOICE to wait or expect a refund. The communication was prompt and friendly and the refund quick. Though we bought it elsewhere due to timing restraints, would more than likely return to purchase other things for my baby sister. Highly recommend.

Website good but misleading...
I was allowed to purchase an item that was not actually in stock. I was, however, contacted the very next day to be informed and decided to cancel my order and claim a refund. Unfortunately the refund took rather a long time to come through.
Being a mother of a newborn, internet shopping time is very limited (!) and if i had known the item was out of stock i would have moved on to purchase something similar, probably from this site. I chose to choose another site though after feeling let down.
The issue of money was rather crucial too-i needed the refund to clear before i could make a purchase from another site.
To summarise... the site, stock and prices are reasonable but i found my experience to be misleading and frustrating, therefore i'm unlikely to use this site again.

We are really sorry for the experience you had with us, I can confirm this in not the norm. As I think we explained there had been delays with the manufacturer which then had a knock on effect.
We completely understand how hard it can be financially, if we could get the money to you any sooner we would. Funds leave us midnight of the day we process a refund, it is the banks which hold things up unfortunately, it is the same for all companies.

Brilliant service,top prices!
Brought the cosato kumfi kip cotbed mattress cheapest on web I could find. Tiny tots service is fantastic they kept me informed and I could keep track of my order status on their website. Delivery was very reasonable and very quick.
All together very happy highly recommend and mattress in perfect condition and just as described.

Lived up to price match promise
I saw a booster seat for the cheapest price on Tiny Tots, but saw a balance bike for cheaper on another website. I contacted Tiny Tots and they not only beat the cheaper price, but I then also qualified for free delivery. The goods took a week to arrive; I was kept up to date via email on the status of the order.

Excellent telephone customer service
I ordered a highchair on 4 December with a view to receiving it before Christmas. I kept checking the order online and it stated 'awaiting fulfilment'. On the 19 December I decided to telephone to find out where my order was and I was advised that 'it was out of stock'. It would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand however I received excellent customer service and actually ended up changing my order to a different colour highchair (a colour not featured on the website however I actually prefer the colour to my orginal order!). It is now 21 December and the highchair arrived this morning within the allocated 1 hour delivery window and my 6 month old ate her dinner in it this evening. Very pleased.

Great service and low prices
Excellent service. Product could not be found cheaper else where. It took a little while to be dispatched but once it did, I got an hour time slot for delivery so didn't have to wait in all day. Haven't had to return any thing so can't comment on their aftersales service.

Great seller
I bought a couple of child gates for my new home from tinytots. The delivery was very quick and everything well packaged. They seem to have a great selection of products. They were the only online retailer selling the Lindam Sure Shut Deco gates! Great!

LOVE the pram! it looks fantastic and its so easy to use!
Really really easy to fold down, with just one hand. Big shopping basket at the bottom. Extremely lightweight and the breaks work fantastic, especially on buses!
The design of the pram actually looks nicer than it does in the catalogue!

the star tells the story so far
I am not actually satisified with my experience at all. I placed an order ID is #102743 on the 23rd November
I tried to get into check what the status of the order was only to find I am unable to log on.
I telephoned yesterday and was told I would get a call straight back to tell me what was happening and not a word since until your email asking for feedback?
I await some indication as where / when /why

not impressed
ordered book for toddler, the packaging was rubbish just a polythene bag, when it arrived the corner of the book was bent and dented. How could i give that as a gift?

Fantastic
After finding the baby monitor I wanted the next challenge was to find it at a reasonable price. After searching the Internet high and low I finally came across Tiny Tots Direct which sold the monitor for £40 less than anywhere else I'd seen. I was chuffed when delivery was free, and it turned up within a few days. I'd highly recommend the website to family and friends and will definetly be buying from there again.

Fast, efficient, value for money- support our smaller retailers
Decided we were in the market for a Jumparoo (blame the other Mums...) and looked around all over the web. The usual big retailers had the new one for sale, but availability was patchy, and surprisingly web reviews like this varied hugely, even for the biggest baby retailers (no names mentioned). We felt that with some retailers they didn't actually want to tell you whether something was in stock or not before you ordered it, which seemed sneaky. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted with Tiny Tots Direct, the price was literally a few pounds more and we decided that we'd pay it with a smile- partly to support a smaller retailer, but also because their site was clear, they had what we wanted in stock, offered fast delivery, and just came across really well. We weren't disappointed- delivery was fast and easy, and we were up and running next day. Thanks Tiny Tots, we'll be back!

Did not disappoint us
This was our first order with this company and they did not disappoint, the whole process was easy and the icing on the cake was when we received a text message to give the exact time the courier was coming.
This is second to none service and other companies need to take a leaf out of this book in order to get the sales, will use again.
