Disaster
An order placed on the 19th of november still not delivered today, 22nd of January!!! 3 calls to customer service, 2 of them totally BS. Last call resulting in a trackable delivery (promised by the 2 previous customer service people, except they didn't log the call, nor did they undertake any action). on the 10th of January. Since then, no change of status (indicated as "delivered", but that just means the courier service received the goods, not that they delivered it to the customer), nothing received., obviously. Now in my book airmail from uk to belgium would take ... well less than 10 days. Next step: formal complaint with American Express, asking them to scratch them as a card partner as well as a formal complaint with European Commission Online Trade Practices Task force.
Scandalous! And furthermore: I am a repeat - repeat customer since 2006!!! Delivery and customer service degrading gradually since 12 months now, my conclusion: AVOID! This company has lost it and it is really a shame that a company with this huge legacy just became a bunch of swindlers.

Very reliable
I ordered three woman shirts or tops in november.
Even though I was purchasing after 11AM, they still arrived the very next day!!
One piece was a size to big, so I sent this back to exchange it. I received the exchanged top within a couple days with no additional charge.
Onlie T.M. Lewin is very good, go for it.
Anyway, the reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I think the shops are very crummy. I dunno how it is for male products, but I remember myself running around for hours and still I could not find the shirts I wanted - even though the vendors told me there still are some of the items in my size in the shops. Even in the shop in London that has womenswear only I could not find what I was after. I had the impression T.M. Lewin stores clothes only in a very low amount in their shops. So I had to order online, what was fine, but I am just not an online buyer, maybe a bit conservative but I like getting my stuff from the shops where I can have a look at it and don't need to send anything back because it doesn't fit.

Shirt Quality
I usually buy George Osborne shirts, but due to a voucher received via my work I decided to purchase 5 TM Lewin Shirts.
My initial feeling was that the shirts were great quality and well worth the money. Leaving the TM London store I was very happy with my purchase of 5 shirts for £95 an apparent saving of £295.
However having washed the suits once I find them completely impossible to iron. They always crease back and look old and cheap.
Never had this problem with my George Osborne shirts and although I've had some of these shirts for over 1 year they still look newer and more professional then my 1 week old TM Lewin shirts.
Is a shame because I believed the quality of TM Lewin to be on a par to George Osborne. It was a shame to be disappointed.

Exceptional quality and service
I have used the online service on 3 occasions and each time have received first class service. From the range available, quality of the products through to the free delivery I can find no fault. The site is easy to use, offers a range of sizing options to cater for everyone. The zoom facility to look at the products in detail is one of the best I have found and when items have arrived the colour and material quality match that which I viewed online. I would not hesitate to recommend the online service and indeed have already made several recommendations.

Really easy
TM lewin's site is easy to use, has a simple checkout process and their producxts are great. Look out for offers as their multibuys tend to be good value.

Super kvalitet - hurtig leverance
Bestilte 4 skjorter hos TM Lewin, og er meget tilfreds med forløbet. Skjorterne ankom et par dage efter bestilling. Kvaliteten var rigtig god, et sted mellem Bosweel og Eterna, og prisen meget fornuftig.
De tilbyder et godt udvalg af skjorter med ekstra ærmelængde, og efter at have vasket mine skjorter og tørretumblet dem holder længden stadig. - Herligt for os med lange arme.
