Ordered a month ago, paid in full instantly best part of £400, still no toner, no communications apart from a vague response to my email, never answer the phone and when they do theres 'been a warehouse problem' and they are on there way - 4 times now. Avoid like the plague, not worth the hassle and will tell everyone who cares the same!
I have bought from these people a couple of times now. On every occasion they have been slow. This time I phoned when i placed the order and asked for an ETA. They have we one and it was not met. They are now not answering the phone.
I have ordered elsewhere. Hopefully I will at some point receive either my toner or my money back from Toners for less.
Ordered toner and the money was taken from my card mid May 2031, toner units not supplied and promised a refund, that was 3 weeks and and 4 phone calls later they have still not refunded
Very poor and illegal trading
I can not fault the company at all, I ordered online and experienced a problem with payment (at our end, not there's!), I called through to the office and the lady was very helpful, found my order details quickly and efficiently and the order was completed. The item arrived securely and quickly.
Will use again.
Ordered products 12 May. Contacted them 28 May to find out why it hadn't arrived. Was told that they hadn't had any stock for ages and weren't expecting any in soon, and they were surprised I hadn't already been contacted. Confirmed that they would refund my order. Rang again on 3 June as there was no refund in my account, was told that it would be at least seven working days. It is now 10 June - nine working days after they agreed to refund my payment - and they still haven't refunded my money. I have emailed again (although they haven't responded to any email I have sent) and I will ring again tomorrow.
Worst company I have dealt with in quite some time. Avoid.
I RECENTLY ORDERED A WASTE CARTRIDGE FOR MY SAMSUNG CLX2160 PRINTER.
I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE EFFICIENT ORDER DESPATCH SERVICE FROM TONERS4LESS. MY TECHNOLOGY WAS UP & RUNNING SMOOTHLY AGAIN VERY QUICKLY!
I HAVE YET TO TEST OUT THE COLOUR TONER CARTRIDGES FROM THIS COMPANY.
THIS IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY IN THE FUTURE.

hard no reply about my order phoned and was told there was a problem but expected to be recived within 5 days 5 /6days later still not recieved my order
phoned and was given the same reply that there was a problem with the product and would be anothere 5 days have had no infomation sent to me from the companie
and from myself phoning them have asked for a full refund wonder how long that will take
If you need toner DO NOT purchase them from toners4less. Having spent a small fortune on toner I would have thought they'd at least delivery the goods but no. They took the money immediately but haven't shipped my order. I have rung them to chase up the order but have only been able to leave messages (which nobody has bothered to get back to me) and countless emails (which again nobody has replied to). Appalling customer service all I want now is my money back but because nobody can be bothered to get back to me is proving v difficult.
I needed my toners in a rush but I ordered the wrong ones. When I received them, I rang and told the girl that I was desperate and I had made a mistake when ordering and she sorted everything for me by next day

Having just received my inkjet cartridges 2 days after placing my order I am highly delighted ! The price was the best I could find on the internet , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the overall service was second to none.
It's a highly recommended from me !!!!

Like other reviewers here, I placed an order for toner that was shown to be in stock. Three weeks later, it still has not arrived. Contacting their customer service did nothing so far. Judging from other reviews, it looks like they routinely don't honour their orders.
Placed an order for toner on 7 August 2012. It was roughly the same price as a competitor but offered free delivery. The website states that delivery takes 3-5 working days. I needed the toner ASAP so decided to buy.
Over 2 weeks later, no toner and no email or communication. Money had been taken off my card. I emailed them on 22 August 2012 to chase. They respond the same day and say that the toner was out of stock and had been for a week or so (!) which didn't explain why it was in stock when I purchased. They promised to dispatch it overnight via courier as soon as it arrived by next week.
However, over 2 weeks later, 7 September no less, there is no further communication and no toner. I frankly give up and cancel the order. Still waiting for a refund. NO toner, NO delivery, NO courtesy and NO customer service.
I had the same experience of terrible service experienced by some other reviewers. Ordered toner on 31 July but received nothing and heard nothing from them. Sent an e-mail to the sales department on 8 August - to which no response. Telephoned on 13 August and was told that particular toner hadn't been in stock but would be dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday that week. Today, a week later, Monday 20th August, still no toner and no explanation. Phoned again and cancelled the order. The receptionist couldn't even tell whether they had the particular toner or not. Hopeless bunch - would never use again and would advise anybody to go elsewhere rather than waste three weeks waiting for something they never had to sell in the first place. Would give no stars at all if that was possible.

I ordered my three toner cartridges on the 14th March 2012. By the 22nd they had not arrived so I rang the company who said they would let me know the order progress and ring back - they didn't. (I had been away in between and expected the toners to have arrived in the meantime)
Rang again on the 23rd when they advised me that stock was not in yet but the toners would be with me by the middle of next week - they weren't. Why could they not have flagged my order and let me know before??
Emailed on the 29th to let them know my disatisfaction - no reply.
Rang on the 30th - they told me stock was not in still. Told them to cancel the order and refund me which they appear to have done.

I have been searching for an alternative replacement toner cartridge for my samsung ML1660 Printer for ages, I don't like having to pay the high prices for the original cartridges. after trawling through lots of sites, only Toners4less had the product available and at almost 50% less than the branded one, I ordered and it was delivered the very next day. I can not tell the difference in the print quality either - HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
I have been surching for a high quality alternative to the kyocera cartridges for ages, without sucess - until now. I have tried 3 other suppliers and none could match the high gloss from my tk510 cartridges. They were purchased at 3pm on monday and were with me at 11.00am on Tuesday - Absolutely amazing service

Ive never had a problem with them, its obvious that the people who are writing on this review DID NOT read the terms and are pretty stupid to try send something back after 12 months and expect a replacement..HELLO! terms an conds mate..
I would totally defend this company, after all, they get me what i want and when i want it.people might want to check that there product is in stock if there wanting it for urgency, its only common sense.AS ANYONE WITH SENSE WOULD DO THIS. If you ask me,this is the best company to get replacement cartridges from and i would definitely reccommend!!.
t4l gets thousands of orders a week with most of them being returning customers.I am one of them customers.
I have purchased 4 cartridges for my HP Laserjet printer at a cost of £130 and 2 of the four have now proved to be faulty, leaking ink all over the printer. The cartridges were bought as spares and not used until recently. Toners4less say that because these were purchased over 12 months ago they refuse to replace them.
I had previously bought remanufactured printer cartridges for my Samsung mono laser printer from T4L and they were ok but the last two were different (had ridges on top) and didn't work at all (one the paper just jammed and the second made strange noises in my printer + lots of smudges/ faded print - new cartridge).
Unfortunately I'd bought theses as spares for a critical period so NIL points for this company for their customer service response!!!
Did they offer to send a replacement same day so that I could get my work finished - NO!! of course not - they wanted me to post the goods back first.
We bought 4 laser printer cartridges from Toners4Less, one malfunctioned and they refused to replace it. It was a clear case of product replacement, but they simply wouldn't budge. We strongly recommend that you think twice before buying any of their products. Tonesr4Less might be competitive on the price, but if they have a 25% failure rate and an abhorrent customer service, you'll end up paying more for less.
Don't buy from Toners4Less. Don't support crooked online shopping sites like Toners4Less. Boycot online companies who take your money and don't deliver. Toners4Less should NOT have the right to trade.
