good fast delivery, order was short.
Although the order was short they rectified it straight away and sent the missing tiles the next day. Would use them again.

My tiles have not arrived yet so how can I give you my opinion!

Excellent service painful delivery cost
Really pleased with the tiles, delivery was excellent and super fast however the cost of the delivery was a little painful, especially on a small order! I appreciate they are packed well on a crate but maybe a discount on smaller orders? I will prob need more of the same in the future and £30 extra makes me want to try a little harder to source elsewhere

Thank you for your review. We understand that delivery may seem a lot on smaller orders but it is the only way we have found to get your tiles to you safely. On some smaller orders (Less than 20kg) it may be that we can send them with a courrier for a £12.00 delivery charge.

superb,could not fault the service or the tiles
I love the tiles, they look fantastic. They came on time, the driver was friendly and helpful. Tons of tiles kept me informed on my delivery. They were the only suppliers i could find who had exactly what i wanted. My first choice from now on! I happily recommend tons of tiles to everyone.

The Best Internet Service for Tiles..
I ordered a sample which arrived within 2 days, the sample was packaged well and arrived undamaged. With clear internet discription it was easy to find exactly what I needed and with this in mind I place my order for 10m2, this also arrived the next day well packaged on a mini pallet.
All in all a great service which I will be using in the future, would I recommend a friend 100% I would.

Affordable, quality tiles.
I really never review items when asked, but with Tons of Tiles I have made an exception simply because I think their approach to doing business is spot on. Their website is easy to use, making selection easy. There's a clever range of tiles to choose from - not too many so as to confuse you or too little to restrict the choices. I decided to request some sample tiles just to get an idea of the quality. Within a couple of days, I had received my samples and I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed with any of them. I have selected the one I think would go well in my bathroom, but I suspect that any of them would look equally smart. I hope to do business again soon. Thank you.

Excellent service with a personal touch.
I placed my order on the internet and forgot to add the grout I needed, so phoned to add this to the order. This was done with in minutes with no fuss and I had a message included with my order confirmation to confirm the grout had been added. My tiles arrived with no problem and the delivery was friendly and helpful, and placed the tiles in my garage for me. When I checked them through, not a single tile was broken. Well done!

Good quality tiles but £30 delivery charge for 4sqm extra after previouly ordering over 90sqm is not acceptable
Great quality products offered but to charge 30 pounds to deliver 4sqm after I ordered over 90sqm from you previously is just holding me to ransom as I couldn't get rhe same tiles elsewhere

Thank you for your review, due to the weight and fragile nature of the goods we send out we have to use pallets. This is a standard charge from our carrier and comes with insurance. Customers are welcome to arrange their own carrier if they would prefer to.

potentially smashing
Samples arrived very quickly, I heard them crash to stone fall through the letter box one after the other, So well wrapped none were broken colours very true to site. However the order did not arrive so safely as they had slipped on the pallett. Staff at toneof tiles were very helpful and routed round for last they had in stock which arrived the next day in tact. I am realy looking forward to seeing them on the wall. Thank you

COULD DO BETTER
The tiles I ordered were excellent value for money, delivery was fast but they arrived with some tiles broken do to the poor way they were packed. Because I ordered 11 boxes of large tiles they were on a pallet, some lying flat, some on there side and some on their short edge then shrink wrapped but with no banding. because they were not banded they had moved while in transit and some tiles had spilled out of their cardboard protection. These were the tiles that had broken. However, upon checking there were some extra tiles supplied which I assume was to cover any expected damage in transit. Overall I am very happy with my tiles and service given - shame about the poor packing.

great product & service.
Great product in terms of design, quality & price. Although there was a slight delay in delivery because some items were out of stock, the delivery was made as soon as possible after the stock had reached the supplier. I was kept fully informed by the polite & helpful staff.
I would recommend Tons of Tiles Ltd (and have already had several admiring comments about the tiles themselves). I am an Architect working on several projects and would certainly specify these tiles from this supplier again.
My only slight criticism might be that on an order of the size I made, I might have expected free delivery, as would be the case with many suppliers when spending over £400

Excellent service - very quick and helpful
We placed a couple of orders, one of which was for extra trims which I had forgotten to order, they arrived within 48 hours. Brillaint!
The tiles were the same, but half the price of what we had been quoted elsewhere.

Super speedy deliver of samples
Easy to use website, speedy delivery (next day), quality tile (appears to be made in same factory as fired earth at a fraction of the price judging by the back of the tile). Would recommend definitely

Delivery ripoff
Tiles were fantastic,but £70 for delivery was unacceptable.i realise that it's the carrier firm, but why deal with them if they are so expensive for delivery.charges. Very unhappy. Kate dundee

Delivery too expensive for small orders
A good range of tiles, which appear competively priced, but the 'sting in the tail' is the delivery cost. This would be fine for large orders but unecessary for small orders. This practice is not customer friendly.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately due to the weight and the fragile nature of the goods being delivered we use a pallet network to prevent damages and also provide full insurance should there be any damages during your delivery.

Everything went well!
We live in a area that is not the best for access. I was worried about the delivery but everything went smoothly, the driver was very accommodating and the tiles are Fab!

excellent service, speedy and curteous. I would definately use them again.
I live in the north of Scotland and ordered tiles online. I received a phone call and verified my order then received it within 2 days. I was delighted and the female I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. It is not the company's fault that we get ripped off with carriage. Anyone using carriers these days for deliveries to the north of Scotland may consider to be discerning as there are a number of carriers out there who are financially penalising us in the Highlands. We do not practice this in reverse YET.
