V. poor after sales and checkout service led to a canceled order.
If you live in most of Scotland dont think about ordering you will have to pay more postage just for living in Scotland. We ordered our tiles, went through to checkout finished the order no probs. A few days later got a call from thier customer service to say there was an extra postage cost due to our postcode and which apparently it said on thier website. We dont live in the wilderness and we are all the one big country last time I checked. Anyway I said that it was ridiculous and the agent stated that it not TofT's fault but the courier's, I said well surely as a matter of good cutomer service you would get a courier for me that would deliver at no extra cost than the rest of the country ? Also surely you would have a checkout process that would take into consideration my postcode and adjust accordingly ? No apparently. So eventually when you totaled it up the new cost of the courier it would have been almost the same price as the tiles we ordered, what a joke.
Here's the thing If I had a business that was delivering to England from Scotland and said Im going to charge more for a London postcode for no real reason wouldnt it seem a little prejudice ? Anyway Ton of Tiles - Get a Map.

As you can imagine the goods we send out are heavy and delicate. We therefore use a pallet network delivery service to ensure that all consignments are sent out secure and with minimum chance of being damaged during transit.
As stated on our shipping terms the carrier we use do charge extra for a few specific postcodes, PA being one of them. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
As per our telephone conversation we are happy for customers to arrange their own shipping if they wish.
