Dyr fragt og langsom ordrebehandling
Bestilte værktøj for lige over 2.000 kr.
For det første skulle jeg vente en uge på fragtpris, for at kunne betale min ordre. Fragtprisen var hele £17, og jeg måtte rykke for prisen tre gange (mine rykkere var åbenbart landet i hans spamfilter...). Nu fik jeg betalt, og får så at vide at flere af produkterne skal hjem fra leverandøren. Der går så lige tre dage udover forventet. Jeg ender med at vente 3 uger på ordren.
De har dog været gode til at svare mine mails, har også krediteret mig nogle penge for en ændring i ordren, og forsendelsen var som forventet (varerne var iorden og det tog kun 2 dage fra England til Danmark).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Made an order for a belt sander on 21st December and after that kept getting weekly emails saying the delivery would be delayed. Finally on 30th January was told via email that the sander had been discontinued!!!! Had to order the next model up because it was a xmas present for my Father and I ended up having to pay another £70 which I thought should have been waived as a good will gesture, it wasn't. The guy who was dealing with my order couldn't be contacted by phone so was able to hide behind an email address. Wouldn't buy from this company again, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

1st time GREAT 2nd time not so
The first time I chose Tool-net for my work clothing needs I was very impressed with there competitive prices beating all the rest everything down to the service was 5* and gave me great confidence in the company unfortunately the second visit didn't go down to well confirmation for my order was taken along with payment only for my goods to be taking rather a time to arrive 5 days had gone so I sent an email of query only to have a reply that some of my items where out of stock which and for this reason is why my order hasn't been sent but the point was I was not contacted and the problem wasn't solved until I got in touch. after the problem was resolved and refunded for the two items out of stock I had wait another 5 days for the rest of my goods to arrive only to find another item missing, once again I had to contact them at this point rather annoyed especially to find out that this item was out of stock aswell. After numerous emails and phone calls the matter was sorted, I was a very unhappy customer and they understood this unfortunately from what I gathered they had a communications break down with there warehouse team and the products I wanted where last seasons stock and they where waiting on a new season stock delivery and due to the communication error the systems was not updated, the mistake was just about redeemed as they offered me the new season stock at the price of the old i had already paid for and it was sent out first class delivery I will use them again as I do believe it was general mistake and hopefully 3rd time will be a smoother transaction and bring back my full confidence

First Time Buyer
I try to keep my list of suppliers to a minimum but finally decided to give Tool Net a go.
Must say i was well impressed. Spoke with them on the phone to confirm stock availability, yes, product in. Purchased on line, order despatched same day. Could not wish for more. A great price too.

Excellent service, will definitely use again.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Tool-Net and will definitely be using them in the future. Communication was excellent from the moment I placed my order right down to despatch. Delivery was very prompt and delivery charges very reasonable, the grinder was the cheapest I could find on the net.

Quick delivery and a fantastic product
Having Search around on the internet, we found tool-net through google. We are in the process of an extension and wanted a cement mixer that would help us out as we start to build the house. Hiring wasn't an option as the time we would need the mixer it would have cost us even more. They were some excellent reviews on this product and we purchased. It arrived 2 days later and has now been assembled. Looking forward to seeing it in action next week.

Super Excellent Service
Very hellpful tool site and great service. Very good postage cost to Portugal.
The tools arrived quiclky and very well packed. All the staff were very nice and responded very fast to any doubt or request i had.
I searched for any other places were i could by the part i wanted and this was the one with best prices . I saved money with tool-net.co.uk
If i need to buy some tools again, i will surelly use tool-net , i know i will be suprised again with such a good service.

An excellent web site and delivery service.
An excellent web, site carefully indexed, making it very easy to find your required product range and them your preferred brand.
Ordering is also very straight forward offering the option to complete and store your customer information for future orders.
Following ordering an efficient email system forwards a confirmation the order, which is, followed up with a further email confirming that the despatch of the goods which arrived promptly. Overall an easy and efficient service that I would recommend.

quality at bargain prices
After using search engine to look for an angle grinder, I came to Tool-net. This site was simple to use and I found a good range of angle grinders, at competitive prices. I settled for a Makita, which was delivered in 3 working days.
The order tracking system was a great tool, when dispatched, the carrier also had a tracking tool.
I can recommend Tool-net highly.

Great price and service
Stumbled across Tool-Net while looking for a Youngman ladder, seemed to be the best price I could find, and they also had other stuff at a good price too. I'm always slightly nervous ordering from a new supplier, but they seemed like a professional outfit so I went ahead. Delivery of the ladder took a little while, as it came direct from the manufacturer, but that was flagged on the site so was something I was expecting. Actually ended up coming sooner that I thought it would, and is really great for the money. Probably ended up saving £30-40 on this one item, which certainly makes me happy.
Website is fairly well built and easy to use, I especially like the mobile version of the site which make it easy to browse for products on my iphone. Would be nice if they added product ratings and reviews like on other sites, but as most stuff is branded anyway you can check elsewhere for that info. Product range is different to a lot of these types of site, tends to be larger items, professional kit, etc., not all the little bits and pieces, so not a one-stop shop for everything you might need. Being targeted more at tradespeople the power tools are the high end ones, good prices I'm sure for what they are, but overkill for DIYers like me.
Overall a great experience, looking forward to buying from them again.

Great website and prices, fast delivery
The website is great, easy to use and navigate. Easy to register and order, I paid using Paypal. I ordered an impact wrench and the price was 20% cheaper than Machinemart. It arrived in a few days, was well packaged. Most importantly it buzzed off a 32mm wheel bearing nut that would have probably needed a scaffolding pole and a lot of grumpiness.
Highly recommended and I will use again.

What more can I say. Definitely 5* plus! Ease of ordering was excellent, impressed by the range of payment options available, including Paypal. I bought the Black and Decker Powerfile together with two packs of spare sanding belts. Including delivery it still worked out far cheaper than going to a well known DIY chain. Delivery was super quick too. Will be using them again!

Good service and Value for MONEY
Ordered some Nails for a nail gun after being directed to this site from a friend. The website was very straight forward to use right through too payment options. Items ordered were the cheapest by a long way and with the quick delivery and the email updates received, I'll be using the site for tools and fixings a lot more in the future. Just also found that they have an App for the iPhone so can order things whilst at jobs rather than waiting to get home to do it. All in all very good service and value for money.

Friendly service for an overseas customer
I needed a specific item that is not sold in the USA. Luckily Tool Net had it and they were able to ship internationally to me. They gave me excellent one on one service when trying to setup payment and shipping info. I know it can be a hassle for many companies to do business internationally both with payment and shipping, but they gladly took my order and proved they were able to handle it. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I will definitely be back if I need for more product(s)...

Good service, great prices, prompt delivery
I found Tools-Net when looking for various access tower products online. Beat every price elsewhere on every product, much to my surprise. Took my order as a new customer without any hassles and despatched very quickly.
Good use of email system kept me aware for where my order was and prior to placing my order phone was answered promptly when I called with a brief product query. Delighted with service all round. Order came ahead of schedule and with a very reasonable delivery fee.

Excellent Service
I bought a scrollsaw from Tool Net a couple of weeks ago. It was delivered very quickly, in a couple of days. After opening, I discovered that a part was missing from the scrollsaw. Sent a quick email to Tool Net, they contacted the manufacturer who sent the missing part immediately. Their communcation, service and handling of the situation was excellent. Great Company!!

I bought a few items from tool net. They had a great choice, well priced and easy to navigate site. Once i had purchased i realised i had forgot something, so rang them up, the bloke on the phone was helpful, added the extra items and processed the payment over the phone. My items arrived promptly and well packaged. Excellent stuff.

Appalling Service - £433 order cancelled
Tel to confirm they could next day delivery the order - advised yes for 2 of 3 items. Advised best way to order was via the internet - did so a few minutes later. Waited the next day and checked progress of order online - when noted it hadn't shipped I telephoned - advised that there are cut off times for each item, and all payments take a hour to clear and so order was too late. Explained that I had telephoned and specifically asked if they could deliver and the sales person had checked stock and advised "yes" - they agreed it was wrong and that they had wasted my time (I had cancelled another appt to be here for delivery) and apologised - wow. They lie and waste my time but think an apology makes up for it. When I asked to speak to a Director I was told they have a policy where directors don't speak to customers !! Great - we pay for their business and salaries and they don't even wish to speak to customers. Absolutely appalling service and customer service - would rather pay more and get the item when I want and have better service. I asked how I could get a negative comment on their website customer comments - advised they wouldn't do that - only positive ones are put on website. Misleading your customers !! Had to give at least 1 star - they deserve none !

regarding shipment to Lithuania
Chai.. I am from Lithuania.
Ordering some stuff from those guys.. the total amount of all my orders already more then 10 000 euros or so.. and it was delivered on time ( almost..- but i am not from uk - I am from lithania, so its always some more time to deliver naturally).. anyway - since i have small company in Lithuania - they send me all the goods ex VAT.. its pritty good, i would say.. also - they getting me all electrical tools - 240 volts... and the prices are much much cheaper then in Lithuania.. event the sending cost is between the 60 pounds (and more some times if i am sending lots of nails for my gas pistol).. but its still half price :).. recomend

Could have been better!
Well I ordered a few bits last saturday in hope of having them by the following weekend. It took until wednesday for a representative to get back to me regarding one of the items being out of stock, and that if I was willing to go for the alternative option I could have it within 48hours which was absolutely fine by me as that would be friday. So after emailing back the same day, friday came around with no mention from the representative and no change of status in my orders on their site.
I decided to give them a call on friday to discover my email was sadly ignored as it was in their spam folder, so no order a week on. They were perfectly nice on the phone, and I was dealt with in a professional manner, but my experience wasn't the best or speediest.
I'm not writing them off as a company, but if I can get what I'm after down Screwfix or one of my other favoured online retailers then I will. Only a decent price will bring me back, and only if I'm in no hurry to receive it.
Right off to Screwfix I go to get the item I was after!

Clarke Mig151EN Gas/No Gas welder
After spending some time pondering over where to buy a mig welder that suited my needs and not having much luck locally for the model I wanted I turned to tool-net as the price was very competitive and postage was reasonable to N. Ireland. The staff I dealt with over the phone and via e-mail were very helpful and professional with handling my order. The Clarke mig151EN was dispatched on a Thursday afternoon and arrived via parcel force at my door the following morning at 10.20am. My order was well packaged and no marks or signs of rough handling during it's delivery from tool-net to myself so I feel parcel force also deserve a mention for a very good service also. Great product and great service!
I deliberated long and hard as to whether to buy this Youngman Pro-Deck Aluminium Ladder & Deck System or a set of multi purpose ladders (such as from BPS). As my main use will be for decorating the stairs and other such jobs I decided on the Youngman. Why? Well the Youngman ladder has more flexibility in that the platform can be placed at various heights (each rung) whereas the multi-purpose ladders are fixed at various positions and should the required height be incorrect then you can't use them. I also like the quality of Youngman products.
The purchase through Tool Net (www.tool-net.co.uk) was a no brainer - their prices are way better than everyone else and the cost of delivery was very reasonable at £5.99 plus VAT. No-one came close. Great product and great supplier!

Perfect service.
I was looking for a toolbag/cse for the many tools I use to access gadgets mainly pc's which would also carry a laptop.
By chance discovered this company, saw the item I wanted, the Ceka T1630, at a price which was cheaper than EBay, ordered and paid for the bag very quickly and very smoothly.
Delivery was the next day.
I am a staunch believer in customer service and refuse to use a company again if I feel that the service has been poor.
I have no problems in recommending this company and only wish that others would take the time and offer a similar service. It can only be good for business surely.

Very poor service.
Ordered Rawlplug Resin Anchor capsules and bolts with a 13 mm drill bit as per the Rawlpug instructions. Waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery as drill bit not in stock. Took two phone calls and email to chase up. Finally dispatched order but have been sent Fisher products not Rawlplug and these require 14mm drill bit. Will buy a bit locally and accept the financial loss as would not be happy to deal with this company again.

POOR SERVICE, LONG DELIVERY TIMES, THEN STILL NOT RIGHT
Placed order which took three weeks to deliver, put down goods on delivery sheet that where not there. Telephone to chase remainder of goods and said could take as long as a month. No passion as they must just answer complaints all day. All to casual, just very poor. Can't expect to stay in business when no one cares. Do yourself a favour and order from some where
else.
