on monday i ordered paslode brads for my nailer. it's now saturday and according to tracking details they haven't even been dispatched yet. don't think that's good service. no e-mail to say if there is a problem or not. it states in delivery notes they will e-mail if this is case. also thought postage costs were high considering size and weight of item. the brads were cheapest online but probably dearest delivery charges. will be sticking to usual supplier if this is how toolbox treat new customers.
This item was received very quickly and did exactly what it said it does. After using it a number of times it does it job perfectly. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and overall service. Thanks.
An item I paid for over a month ago has still not arrived despite E-mails to the company which are ignored. This is probably the worst on-line purchasing experience I have ever had and one I will be careful never to repeat.
fist class tool at a very good price ,shame about the carrier , supposed to deliver on a Thursday be tween 11.45 and 1245, but buy 6.00 pm no show and no phone call , checked the carriers web site said they were running late but no apology . checked web site the following day found that date and time had been changed didn't make the time so another day wasted waiting for them , so folks if your delivery firm is parcel line be warned they are rubbish .
