Decent service and speed. Expecting a pain in the arse delivery from one of those couriers that didn't have the sense to leave a parcel with the neighbours when the first delivery failed, but was thankfully proved wrong. Much appreciated that I didn't have to give my Saturday morning up to collect this.

Sharp grass shears
Spent more than I would want, but shears from cheap outlets usually fail and give me blisters. The Draper shears are a better handle to use, more comfortable. Plastic mounting could be stronger.

We bought the Barbeque set from toolbox a couple of weeks ago. It was an easy buy for us as the instruction set and full dimensions were on the website.

5 stars: Perfect – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
I used Toolbox to get a new mower (McCulloch) at best price. Excellent service, polite, professional attitude with customer care that is way above most other large company. Kept in touch and informed me by e-mail of all developments of stock availability, card clearance, dispatch and delivery progress. Even the carrier delivery chap was brilliant and was happy to wait while I checked the mower for condition. PERFECT. Even checked all was OK after delivery! Thanks to all involved.
