I ordered a replacement chain for a petrol chainsaw which was received within 3 days. I however found that the chain was too short. After a chat with tooled-up and Handy, we found that the tooled-up stock part number may not tally to the part number required for my saw. Tooled-up promptly sent a second chain, with part number recommended by Handy, at no additonal cost. I have since successfully fitted this to my saw. Very good treatment and support.
