Great Service

I saw what I wanted and ordered it, got an email, to say the order was done and then an email telling me when to expect it with optons for a neighbour etc. It arrived on time and I got what I had ordered. No complaints so great.

Simple solution

After trying to source an old style 3 lever door lock from the usual sources I found 'Tooled-Up.com' by entering a rather vague descrition into a search engine. I liked the way their website was able to take my description, filter it and help me find the right product in stead of sending me in circles (all too common). Having found the correct model I did a further search and they were still the cheapest online. Purchased securely online and it arrived the following day. Good quality and critically it matched the dimensions described . Job done!

DISORGANISED

Hoping for next-day delivery, I was unable to obtain any info except " order being processed" when I tried using the order-tracking facility. I was then notified of a later delivery date ( when I would be away) and changed it. The new date was ignored and delivery took place when I was out!
Price and quality of product ( apart from a loose screw inside) was fine, but their order processing can only be decribed as lackadaisical and chaotic.

Thank you for your review, have you reviewed the correct company? We have investigated your order and we despatched and delivered within our advised timescales.
Your order was received on the 8th of May with an advised despatch time of 24-48 hours, it was despatched on the 9th of May and delivered on the 10th. It was left in the porch at the delivery address as per your instructions at the time you placed the order on the 10th in the advised one hour time slot. There is no record of the delivery date being amended?
The order tracking will state "in progress" until the order is actually despatched when an e-mail is sent with all the tracking details etc.

Quality product & quality service

I was in a bit of a rush for a replacement pressure washer, after already planning a job. The pressure washer I already owned had finally died after many years good service - leaving well & truly up the creek!!
I ordered it on the Sunday, the day before a Bank Holiday Monday. I needed it by Thursday & it arrived Wednesday. For once, everything went to plan. I can only give praise to Tooled Up for a perfect service, quick delivery & at a very good price.

Fast as lightening

I was most impressed with the service I received from Tooled-Up.com. Their service is fast and efficient and they communicated with me about my order right up to the point of delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery and courier was superb

I wanted a traditional gas BBQ with volcanic rocks and Tooled-up had the best deal I could find. The item was very well packed as a box within a box with nylon strapping which prevented any damage or loss. The courier DPD gave me a one hour window by text on the delivery day which was brilliant. It meant I could at least plan my day around the delivery. It arrived on time.

The BBQ went together well but I had to add one fixing but this was a minor inconvenience. Bring on the find weather, if that's not too much to ask!

Having just recently ordered and received a Draper empty Hosereel Carrier I have nothing but praise for this company, it is the first item that I have ever purchased from them but I doubt that it will be the last.
The packaging and condition of the Hosereel were top class and the delivery time was fantastic, they informed me both by Text Message and E-Mail when the item would be delivered and that it would be within a one hour time slot so if this was inconvenient one could arrange another time, I was slightly dubious of this delivery promise from past experiences with other companies but my worries were unfounded, needless to say delivery was absolutely bang on time. I personally have never come across a service like this before and it shows that Tooled-Up are definitely leading the way in customer care.

Great Service

Great Service items arrived very fast can't fault thanks.

It was easy to order and delivery was very quick.
