Brilliant team with amazing results !
I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and efficient team to help me with my website. They designed everything I wanted and dealt with all the difficult stuff in such a short space of time. I thought my art website would take a long time , but they managed to get an amazing finished product in no time at all. Their tools are very simple to use and it was easy for me to change stuff in my website with very few steps.

Fast, friendly service

Fast, very adaptable and accommodating. Always helpful
I would certainly recommend others to use Toolkit. Lanara, whom I dealt with was always helpful and never made me feel that I was being slow! My idea of the design changed as it developed and this was fully accepted.
The website is for a private garden open to the public which is different from any other I had seen In Toolkit's library. Many of the examples were more commercial. So it took a while to get the design feel. But Lanara was very patient and accepting of change.
I am looking forward to being trained to use the Toolkit and make changes myself. With added confidence that there is still support if I get stuck.

Fabulous service, very professional.
I have had a number of websites built over a period of years.
Always expensive and never easy access myself should I require alterations and updates. (Very frustrating !!!)
I used Toolkit for the latest website and I'm delighted with the service I received.
They were very professional and consulting me at every stage. As each page was constructed I was shown what it looked like and allowed to alter and adapt until I was 100% happy. This process was followed for every page until it was ready for publication.
The publication process went like a dream. My contact at Toolkit ensured that the transition from my old website was smooth and trouble free. He even talked me through the transfer of my emails to ensure my system was lined up with the new system.
I now have a superb website.
Easy to access and update myself as I require and the compete project was pulled in on budget...... I also have the comfort of knowing that the Toolkit team is there for me should I need help and assistance in the future.
I'm delighted with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great company to work with
I've had a great experience with toolkit websites. They are professional and very efficient. I have been dealing with Lanara and she was very good with dealing with my request as I have very little time to chat and discuss things in a working week. Produced a great website for our business
We were impressed with Toolkits. They really understood the brief and helped us design a logo for the business. The end product is perfect for us and as the business grows we will add more tools to the site. The project management was good and response times excellent. Importantly post publication the team are there to offer support.

Toolkit is a highly professional company that do exactly what they agree to do!
I was looking for help to build a website that would not cost a fortune but would help to make my consultancy business look more professional. Toolkit listened to what I wanted, they asked many questions in order to really understand what my specific needs are. Once a cost was agreed, I was supported by two key people, one who managed all of the e-mail and domain stuff! This was beyond me in many ways but I was supported and assured that I was not the only one who did not feel comfortable with this technical side. I was taken through this process at my pace. As for the design of the website, I worked with one person who requested each section from me in stages. She never hurried me and only progressed to the next stage when I was completely "delighted"! This was a real learning journey for me that was supported by very well trained professionals. I cannot recommend Toolkit highly enough.

Excellence, professionalism and expertise from first-to-last!
Right from the initial build Toolkit Websites offered the very best support and guidance throughout the construction of what turned out to be a complex website. Throughput the process the Project Manager was always on hand to resolve any issues that I had, to make any changes as they needed to be made, and to add content as I sent it so I could see the build progressing in real time. Patient, professional service
As a complete novice to website design and although able to get round a computer, no genius by any means, the prospect of creating my own website was daunting, I had tried a few times with the free ones, but to no avail.
Came upon toolkits websites and it seem to offer me exactly what i wanted, really friendly staff and very patient, I must have changed my mind several times before hitting on exactly what I wanted.
I would recommend them to any small business person who is looking for a very professional website.

A wonderful experience for a complete novice when it comes to technology!
I was really worried about the whole process but the team at Toollkit made it all so easy. I just followed their step by step instructions which were easy to understand. No jargon! We know have a grea glooming website which I am actually enjoying keeping up to date. Anytime I am unsure I just email and I get clear instructions back. The service is brilliant. Lanara was my main contact and she was so understanding, patient and seemed to really love what she was doing. I can't recommend highly enough.

They do what they say on their tin!
Not knowing where to start or what to do, from the first call from Ramko, everything was handled and followed through in a professional manner. I think they are fairly priced for the service that they offer and, if I have one criticism, it is that - after completion - I was offered 'sitemap' which would assist my ranking with major search engines and would, typically, reduce the time for me to appear from 6-8 weeks to around 1 week. Who doesn't want that but it would have meant a further £95 + VAT - ouch and no! I feel they would be better to include that in the initial cost so as customers like me go away and find that they are 'up there' within a week.... surely that's what we all want... Other than that, I had great help from very nice people and they got it right for me by listening and understanding what I wanted.

Fantastic service & Highly recommended
I am not very good with computers so I would highly recommend Toolkit websites as they were nothing but helpful to me. I am so pleased with my website as I think it is eyecatching with a classy edge. Updates were done straight away and correspondance was spot on. All in all a top notch service.

Friendly and very efficient service
The process of developing my new web site was fast and largely pain-free. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the service was entirely paperless, with everything managed electronically and very efficiently. My only reservation is that it was sometimes almost too quick, and that at some points I wasn't clear exactly what boxes I should be clicking when to move the process on. But any problems were minor, and I'm very pleased with the end result - the new web site is exactly what I want.

Superb peope, superb design, superb website.

Great service and support - highly recommended!
I received great service and support from Toolkit Websites which was also very competitive from a cost perspective. Direct contact via e-mail and telephone with a project manager helped to ensure my website captured all the key messages and images that I had specified. They also followed up very quickly with me when I identified some minor issues needing correction - brilliant customer service! Use Toolkitwebsites - they are excellent!

Excellent and efficient service.
After 5 years of business we were ready for a new website, and I was dreading it as it was extremely difficult and time consuming the first time round.
Luckily I found Toolkit and the whole experience was an extremely pleasant one. The team were so professional; helpful and approachable, important when you aren't very technical!
The email reminders of meetings and the diary on the website logging all meetings and actions taken was very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for the Toolkit team, and I would like to congratulate them on a good job very well done.

Personal service with real expertise
Toolkit Websites went to great lengths to help get our first website up and running; despite all the design changes we went through nothing was too much trouble. Going forward, their help and support has been second to none. Every time I have any dealings with them their staff just could not be more helpful and professional. I use the Toolkit myself to modify or add material to our site and only ring when I need help - and whenever I do it's as if they are sitting by the phone waiting for me to call.

Excellent aftersales.
Having been a customer of Toolkit websites now for many years, the service is still outstanding, arguably it's getting better and better. Often when a prospect becomes a customer the level of service can dwindle; this is not the case here. Our telephone calls are always answered quickly and if our problems can't be resolved straight away they are dealt with usually within minutes. A very good example of a company which practices what it preaches.

If you are thinking of getting a new website, you should really go to Toolkit Websites. They are singularly THE most professional organisation I know. I thought I was good, LOL! Any query or problem I have had has been dealt with promptly, efficiently and with a friendly REAL PERSON.
I am able to change the content of my site at my own convenience but if I forget something essential (like how to put the blog button back on I've deleted in error!) they quickly sort it out for mr, without any fuss at all.
