ONE SHOP TOOL STOP

Minor problem but fast solution
I ordered Hitachi slide compound mitre saw and it arrived about one week to Finland.
When I bought the mitre saw in the title of advertisement was Hitatchi C8FSE 216mm/8in Slide Compound Mitre Saw 240V with 2 Blades. I didn't find second blade in the parcel. So I send it a email to customer service and they answer pretty fast, about 15 minutes. "Could you please look in the box as the second blade is usually hidden in the box somwhere." I checked the parcel again and I found the second blade but it was pretty good hided.
After all nice and fast customer service with minor problem. I think I use this seller again.

Drill was a diamond deal
Bought a Bosch 36v with 3 of the large batteries over 200 quid cheaper and the extra battery. I have had one with a company I work with so I know they are very good. Delivered in less than 24hrs of ordering. Ordering could not have been simpler online. Will use this company again and make the effort to see what other deals they have.
