Cash for Buying at the best price
This is a great site for giving cashback for products that you would buy at full price anyway. They have always been responsive if for some reason a claim has not appeared on my cashback and chased the supplier.
MY biggest problem is that I occasionally forget to go via the site to book hotels etc but I am getting better (why give away money that can be in your pocket?)

Not so easy
Quite a complicated process to actually claim your cashback,especially if you are not very computer minded. Did not read anywhere that monies were to be sent out in batches,more clarification needed.

Some pay-out methods are paid out in batches and these are normally received within 24 hours of sending them. Other payment methods such as PayPal get paid on the same day you request them.

Easy to use web site, but need persistence & patience to collect.
Great concept and TCB make it fun to get cash back. Website is well designed and very user friendly.
However, both instances where I have made a claim for cashback after a purchase, I had to lodge a follow-up claim as no money was returned from the shops. -This is a pain and can take months. But perhaps I have just been unlucky. Whatever the case, its always nice to get some money back and I will persevere with TCB as they present a friendly and helpful attitude towards its customers and again, nice to get some money :D

Excellent value
My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get your cash. I have been waiting for 10 weeks for one to be paid. Apart from this it is an excellent service with a wide choice of merchants and some very good offers.

Great company well impressed
Really good list my cash back with 02 but they got it back after a month and didn't think they would but they did! Then paid into my account within 2 working days, brilliant service I use it for everything!

Great way of making money, spending money!!
Topcashback is a great way of getting money back on the things you buy. I have over £150 in my account ready to be paid out but I'm saving it for a holiday! Love using this site!

Great way to make the most of your money
companies are willing to pay commission to third parties for my custom, with TopCashback I get the commission instead and save a very useful amount of cash. that gives a big insentive to swap utility /service providers instead of just plodding on with the old ones instead of looking for a better deal

Why would you not use this site, it is excellent
I love this site, it is so user friendly, getting paid, when you would have purchased these products anyway, for example, car insurance. The response is quick & you get regular updates & feed back. Best of all , no charge for using.

What have you got to lose!
If you shop online or make hotel and travel bookings regularly you might as well use topcashback! It's like getting a bonus for your regular shopping.
Don't expect all cash to come through immediately as some things will take longer than others. Leave it accumulating and all of a sudden you've a nice little pot of money to spend on luxuries.

It appears that you can get some good discounts but my goodness and you have to work for it!
It's not too hard to sign up for initially, but if you accept their introductory offer, you cannot then ask them to transfer the funds generated to your bank account. You have to order another shopping card in order to access your funds. This card and then only be used in a limited number of shops. So, all in all, I would not recommend top cash back unless you have a lots of time on your hands to try and save a few pounds. It's just too hard to access the funds generated, and this is not made perfectly clear at the start.No doubt it is in the small print, but who ever reads all the small print!Personally my wallet is already far too overfilled with discount cards etc and I was not happy at having to have yet another card.

Thanks for posting a review. There may be instances when it can sometimes take up to 3 months for a transaction to become payable although this can vary from merchant to merchant. When Purchases require a contract or policy these can often take up to 6 months as there may be a validation period in place.

Generally it can sometimes take up to 3 months for a transaction to become payable although this can vary from merchant to merchant. Purchases based on a contract or policy often take up to 6 months as there may be a validation period.
We have recently introduced a faster payment option for certain merchants so you should see transactions progressing quicker than usual in the future. These are identifiable by a green banner underneath the merchant's logo.

Money for nothing , it really works .
I have been using this site for over 4 years now and have earned over £8000 in cashback . Sometimes transactions are a little slow to become payable , but the excellent customer service team at Topcashback normally manage to resolve these issues quite promptly .

Well worth the wait
Initially the cash back for my first purchase was rejected but it was a simple process to challenge this. Shortly after challenging, the cash back was applied to my account so really happy with how things worked out.

Get money for spending money

Seems reliable initially, but it is actually terrible
be careful that the good reviews here may not be real. Topcashback is indeed terrible. I set up an account three months ago and used it every time when i was doing the online shopping. Most of the cashbacks were tracked and the last time i checked, it was about £30ish in total. Three days ago, I tried to log in, it says "failed". I felt really weird as it never happened before. I thought I made a typo, so i kept trying, still not working. Then, I used the "forgot password" link, also failed. I've done some search on google after that, just realised that many people had that problem as well. The account was probably deleted by topcashback. They do it all the time without any reasons and the account to be deleted may be randomly selected by their system.
Watch out if you are using it, better get it to pay you as fast as you can. As one day, you may become the one who gets the luck to be deleted and all the cashback you accumulated will be vanished or I would say, transferred to their "Topcashback" accounts.

I can assure you that we don't close or delete accounts without reason. Although we can't be sure at the moment, it could be that your account has gone dormant as per our terms and conditions.

slow service , payed out .24p out of the £ 32 owed. but made a purchase the day before using quidco through the same company and they've already paid.
