Excellent concept let down by poor customer service
Whilst the idea is great, in reality at the first sign of conflict between provable transactions and merchants simply refusing to pay the cashback due, TCB always agree with the merchant. I have used screenshots and other evidence to support various claims none of which have been approved. The merchant is always believed but the customer is always assumed to be lying. I have "lost" about 20% or more of cashback due in this way. I always try to use an alternative cashback site now.
