Still waiting for it to be sorted out still even now, sent chasers, support CC form, nudges, nudges and more nudges but still waiting. I did my end of the deal instantly by signing up for the insurance, shame TCB can't do the same. Sorry first experience. But hopefully it is just a one off.

Hello, I'm sorry that your first experience with us did not run smoothly, it is rare that transactions do not track correctly. Claims can sometimes take up to 12 weeks to be resolved and we would normally allow time for the merchant to respond before posting an update. The nudge system does get acknowledged by the claims team but we would not generally post a reply to these.
