Only purchased a service via TopCashback because of the promised Cashback. It should have been paid after approx 13 weeks but I had to wait more than double that time. I refused to use the site again until money paid into acct which happened this week. I would say that finally with the cashback the service was a good deal. What I would say is that it is not easy to navigate the website to raise a query on why it was taking so long for the cashback either. I think the site could do more to keep the client informed.
