Booked hotels through Expedia and Hotels.com. Nothing credited to my account on either. Filled out the form on the first occasion to claim the 10/15% discount, it said it may take months to trace. 6 months later, not even an email to say Y/N. Second time didn't even bother to fill it out. Go to Trivago/Travel Supermarket or another comparison site and pick the cheapest. Seemed too good to be true when I joined and that's how it turned out.
