Easy and free - what more do you want?

I was a bit sceptical about the 'cash back'. How will it work? Is there a catch? Do I have to risk putting my bank account details out there?

Thankfully 'no'!

I suppose technically it's not real cash I got back but it was Amazon vouchers that I'm going to spend anyway. No risk and easier than cash! And I didn't even have to get out of my chair!

Easy to use cash back site

What a wonderful site this is. Easy to use and claim your money back. Took only two days from claiming to receiving the money. I chose to have tesco club card points so I could treble them up later. I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

Useless merchant (NO REFLECTION ON TCB - I HAVE HAD CASH BACK FROM OTHER TRANXN)

I ordered a Nexus 10 and Nexus 4 from ValueBasket.com, they were pretty much useless in all aspects. Their email replies to my queries were stock cut-n-paste style worded emails - not actually answering my questions in most cases. They either had or had not got the stock but I was lead to believe that they had the items and would send ASAP - they never did in a month of waiting! It then took 2 weeks of emails to get confirmation of refund - I still have to wait 3-5 days (from this review dated 02/05/2013) to see if the refund is back in my account - I had to threaten them with Credit Card Company Section 75 (see Martin Collins Money Expert). They offered me a free gift for my patience - I emailed that I was no longer confident in their ability to deliver and ended the order. The annoying thing to end this review was that I got emails asking me to review the products (that I was never sent)!!!!

Cashback at its best

Top cashback for me has been brilliant. Obviously it will benefit those who use the merchants on the top cashback site regularly, how-ever its worth also having a good look around for free trials,sign ups etc, where you can make a bit of extra cash. I've been a member for just a few months, in that time I have just had a payout of £49, which was put in our account within just a few days, and still have over £40.00 due. I would highly recommend

Been using Topcashback for a few months and it's really starting to pay off now. You do have to persevere at times to track down the best online deals but with a little patience and tenacity you soon get the hang of it. Biggest cashback I have received so far is £45 on my house insurance!

Money for nothing

Great website. Use it to order stuff I would anyway with the added bonus of cash back!

Very clear and easy to use website. Details timescales of length of time cash back will take so you know when to expect your money.

Great company and simple to use

I have had problems in that my paymnet wasnt showing as pending etc but they were able to assist and inform and kept me well informed. Payment took a while to come through which i dont agree with but know companys have different terms. Fab customer service and easy to deal with, will use again.

Our payment wasn't tracked, but customer service sorted out it for me and were very nice at sorting out. Be warned though, can take a long time to process payment, but we got there in the end.

Good and easy

I tried Topcashback and was delighted to find that in the end I only paid £59 for a whole years car insurance. I will certainly try them again if I need to purchase anything.

TopCashBack - Top Company

I have used Topcashback for only 2 purchases but each time they have credited the cashback to my account without much delay. They do what they say they will do. I will definately use them in the future

Why have i never used Topcashback before?-Fantastic!

I was told about Topcashback two years ago but, totally,misunderstood the concept and thought i would have to change my credit card. WRONG!..Just shop ,as you would normally do,online,and receive cashback! I've found the site so easy to use,and my credits have come through much sooner than i would have expected..Why have i never used Topcashback before? Love it!

I got my cash back as promised just a little late

Tracking worked with Pixamina as soon as I ordered my product and I got the cash back 4 months later. Wish it was a little faster.

Don't get your money, even when you constantly chase them

Don't bother. I don't know how this company is set up but when you get a problem they couldn't care less about helping you. Three months down the line and still no cashback for a purchase made on 01st February 2013. Keep chasing them but all they do is resubmit the claim. Now I will probably have to wait another 3 months to see if this works. You do however always get the same reply from them "please bear with us". My question is, "for how long". This should be payable by now and it is not even showing on my account yet. Looking at other reviews this seems to be normal for this company. I would not get involved with this company at all. It's more trouble than its worth. I will be closing my account once I receive this cashback. (not holding my breath)

There has still been no acknowledgement as of 20th May 13. Sent another chaser for them to ignore.

Thanks for posting a review.

Cashback can take to time to process and this really does vary from merchant to merchant. As a general rule, most transactions take around 3 months to become payable and those based on a policy or contract where the merchant has a validation period can take 6-8 months.

From what you have said here though, it sounds like you might have a tracking issue. It is rare for a large number of transactions to fail to track.

Can you try changing your Web browser, make sure to clear your cookies and check if you might have any security settings blocking our tracking system?

Topcashback is a no brainer in my opinion. They are giving me back my money rather than other sites getting it. I always try to ensure when purchasing from the internet that i use topcashback and my husband is the same. We each have an account and the cashback soon adds up. Topcashback are the best site at paying up and the speed is great too.

I'm glad, a genuine company. enjoying my High street vouchers.

Initially I was not very sure about actually getting my cash back; heard of many stories of bogus cash back deals. It did take quite a while before I received my cash back, about 4 months, however being fair the website kept me informed of the status. I have a happy ending and that what matters.

Great way of making money while you shop!

I am happy with the service I have required although I have bought from a few sites that I expected to receive cashback but did not receive any at all.

Cashback

Only purchased a service via TopCashback because of the promised Cashback. It should have been paid after approx 13 weeks but I had to wait more than double that time. I refused to use the site again until money paid into acct which happened this week. I would say that finally with the cashback the service was a good deal. What I would say is that it is not easy to navigate the website to raise a query on why it was taking so long for the cashback either. I think the site could do more to keep the client informed.

not bad

recently got the full Monty SIM deal through top cash back, my purchase did not track straight away as i was hoping it would. I had to raise a claim, then after 2 months finally my claim was tracked and my money issued.

Eventually I did get my tracked amount. so good one tcb.
