Great prices, great service from the moment I went in to the showroom to the delivery guys leaving the house!
Top furnature are a great business to deal with, the furnature is fantastic value and a super product. The staff give great service from first contact until final contact! I would reccommend this business without hesitation.

Superb
I ordered the 1.8 - 2.3m extending Tallin Oak Table just two weeks ago. Arrived as scheduled today. The table is lovely and the Winchester chairs complement the table superbly well. The quality of finish with both table and chairs is second to none. Definately would recommend this product and this company - just need some dinner parties now ..!!

Great service.
Bought bars stools which came well packaged. Driver waited while we checked them all for damage etc, but none found. Look good feel good and are solid bits of kit. Definatley not budget or flat pack. Whats more to the point the wife thinks and knows they are nice pieces of kitchen furniture built to last.

Couldn't get any better
I have purchased the country oak extending dining room table, four ladder back chairs and a bench. I love them. They are excellent quality and value for money and the communication before, during and after delivery has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company or its goods.

Simple, safe & secure
After trooling through a fair few companies offering bar stools we landed on top furniture website. Loved the look of the Java Bar Stool and the site was easy to navigate and goods were well priced. I am not a fan of sites that offer ridiculous discounts as we all know you always end up getting what you paid for. Ordering was easy and delivery was within a week. Simple.
Goods arrived so well packed they would have survived a hurricane.
Safe & secure
Excellent quality and look and would not hesitate to recommend. Will be buying a dining table shortly as well (once the mrs makes up her mind!)

Great Company. Great Products
The Titan dining room chairs I purchased were much better quality than other suppliers chairs for the same price.
As I lived locally Topfurniture were happy for me to pick up the chairs to save delivery costs. All round a problem free transaction which will mean they will get my business again.

Excellent
Purchased our dining room table and chairs at the Ideal Home Show. It was the very end of the day and the two girls on the stand looked exhausted but still managed a smile and were very friendly. Ten days later out furniture arrived. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much for your help. Keep up the good work. ;-)

Excellent Service
Viewed the tables and chairs online. Rang Michelle and drove for 3 hours to view the items at their Uttoxeter branch, well worth it.
Brought the items and received a phone call and an email to confirm delivery time and date. They arrived 4 minutes early on the specified date! After 3 weeks noticed one of the chairs had developed a warp, which can happen with oak. Rang them and they delivered a replacement within the week.
Great service and would be happy to use them again.

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH
I was searching the internet for some solid oak bar stools when I came across Topfurniture who had a very good variety of oak stools for sale, having decided on the Java solid oak seated stools I noticed there were some available in there clearence section for a much reduced price. Being listed as damaged I made a phone call to their customer service office to question what the damage was. The staff who were so helpful, the lady went & took some photos of the stools without me even asking and emailed them to me within 5 minutes, I couldn't see any damage to the stools apart from one very small chip. I called back to question the photos as no damage was visible the lady advised me she couldn't find any apart from the small chip on one of the three. I took the risk and paid & I'm so glad I did they are simply beautiful stools in fantastic condition. Delivery was within 5 days not bad considering it was the long bank holiday weekend & we live in Hampshire. Upon arrival I examined the stools & found one tiny mark on each of the three stools on the underside never to be seen. Superb service and will certainly come back. Just one tiny tiny thing... the delivery driver would have appeared to have lost his tongue during the journey down here, no issues but don't expect along conversation!

Worth the wait
My table was out of stock for a while so I had to wait for this order. I am very glad I did. The bar table is simple and solid and just what I wanted, and the bar chairs with red leather seats are superb and very comfortable.

Fantastic experience
You will not be disappointed. The price seemed to good to be true for the solid oak table and two benches that we bought. Communication was excellant and the staff very friendly. When the furniture was delivered, we were over the moon with the quality and the look.
Cannot say enough good things. I only wish more companies would operate like these people.

Good products, quality & service!
We found Top Furniture on the internet and then drove to their showroom to see the wooden products and we weren't disappointed. We soon ordered a table and bench which arrived during the week we requested. The service has been great and the table and bench are loved!

Great design and quality
The quality of the wood is brilliant and the design is unique. We were very impressed although slightly disappointed that we had to build the stools ourselves.

Oak bench

Top Quality Top Service
Our experience was exceptional right from the start at the Dartford showroom, staff very helpful and knowledgable. Ordering went smoothly with plenty of communication from the office about delivery and billing etc. The delivery team were very friendly and helpful letting us know when they would arrive. We are very pleased with the quality of our new furniture very good value for the price we paid.

Brilliant company and great customer service
We ordered a dining table from Top Furniture and found their customer service to be exceptional from the moment we rang the office with some questions to the day our delivery arrived and the driver called us around an hour before delivery as promised. Great service like this is hard to find in 2012 unfortunately!
