I ordered some items online totalling to over £100. I had to return a couple of the items due to them looking different to what was pictured on their website. They make you wait up to 28 days for you to get your refund. I think that is outrages especially as I have now waited 28 days and have heard nothing. I think they must build all the refunds up to get interest then pay it all back when it suits them. This seriously needs to be looked at as I can see I am not the only one who has experienced this.
I've now ordered online with Topman 3 separate times, and each time I've ordered with them I tell myself NEVER AGAIN. While I at least knew what to expect the 2nd and 3rd time around (1 - 2 weeks just even to ship the order out, then another 3-4 weeks for delivery) I always end up thinking the clothes will be worth the stress. THEY'RE NOT.
I also cannot understand how with all the complaints they still don't provide a way for international orders (which are obviously popular) to track their orders! Obviously they know by now the page it takes you to "does not exist". Shows they're not even trying to fix their customer service. Still waiting a month later for my last (LITERALLY) order and after reading these reviews I'm definitely starting to get scared if the package is even coming at all.

I love Topman. But I hate ordering from them online. I learned right off it is a huge waste to pay for the rush shipping. On my 4th order now and the standard free shipping is just as quick as the express. When I say quick I mean it shows up sometime between 3-4 weeks later.
I bought on 19th december my clothes and I still have no idea of where they are.The customer service doesnt exist and they reply to my mails with automatic cr*p and I actually dunno what to do.Any advice?I would have at least my money back.
i'm worried because this is my second shopping online in Topman, and the first delivery failed and now my order has not yet arrived, How think is possible that i haven't information about order with code "RML..."? if the second order will not be with me, I will close permanently with topman. Not recommended and not serious with a series of automatic responses to email.
I bought 5 items on 10/14/13 now it's 11/8/13 and I still haven't gotten my package. My 2nd order was on 10/26/13 and I got the item in about 2 weeks. On the website even though I got my 2nd order it don't update it still just says "Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse." This just tells me they wont update my 1st order which I have no idea where it's at! I don't even know if my 1st order is lost.
When something i want is out of stock at the Topman store nearby, I get it from from Topman.com, the service is pretty good, I received my order in a couple of days and the site usually has better discounts than the store!
I decided to purchase shoes from Topman because they were the only store that have them in the color that I wanted. After completing my purchase and receiving my confirmation I checked online to see reviews of their site. I must say that I was really skeptical about my purchase after reading the reviews on this site, but i've just received my order in less time than I expected. I placed my order on August 1, it was dispatched August 2nd, and then arrived at my house on August 9th, So it only took 6 business days in total. (The shipment was from the UK to Phoenix Arizona, USA) The fact that they don't offer tracking on free shipment is a huge setback, but if you're looking to purchase something off of their site I would definitely go for it. Don't be turned off by the bad reviews, because my transaction with Topman was pretty much flawless.
I just recieved my gold skull earrings from topman in the mail today it was less than I expected but I am happy with it. Things are often enhanced in pictures online so in person it looks different. I was not able to track my order but it came in less than 8 days. The earrings are perfect except it's not as shiny. Besides the not shiny earrings I was happy with my purchase the customer service answers to email's fast and everything was good for me. I live in Florida and I got my package in the mail in 5 working days. When ordering from topman be confident be happy and don't stress over reviews just be positive and wait.
I was wary about the fact that I'd seen so many horrible reviews for Topman AFTER I placed my order, but my shirts just arrived, on time. I'm omitting one star for the lack of international tracking, however, I did get my order on time so tracking wasn't a huge issue for me.
Terrible delivery system...it's really annoying to be uncertain as to if you're gonna receive your parcel or not, it's totally risky to go for the free/standard shipping, no tracking number but still YOU ARE PAYING $15 if you order something under $50. HORRIBLE SHIPPING SERVICE, seriously they're gonna lose a lot of customers if don't do anything about it.
I will never order online from topman ever again!!! Is been a month and my item still now here yet !!! And that's no way I can track the item because is a free delivery. Topman suck. Now I'm not sure if I can get my refund back !!
Its been 10+ days now. No sign of any package. Like someone else said I thought maybe I could be the exception in the shitty service. Normally I would have more patience, but Topman even managed to email me a confirmation of my shipment, but with no way to track it, as I quote, "You can track your order at . Just enter the tracking number and delivery postcode found above in the fields provided." Yeah thanks.. Since that didn't work out, I went to my account on the website and tried to follow the tracking number off that, but the page it leads to does not exist I'm told. Now I'm just looking for the most painless way to get my money back..
So disappointing. I was hoping that I'd be the exception to the general rule, but their international shipping really IS as bad as the internet says it is! I waited nearly 4 weeks for my package; they wouldn't even look into the possibility of a lost shipment until it had been in transit for 3 weeks. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and honestly, I'll be surprised if it processes without issue. I reviewed 2 stars because there's "no sign of malicious intent" but Topman certainly does show bad judgment. I like their stuff for my husband, but I won't ever order from their website again.

I have ordered about a dozen orders from Topman, all about £100+ and on occasion return a few of these products (about 6 returns so far). Despite the Royal Mail confirming successful delivery of my returns Topman have claimed on each occasion that they have never received the return and have me wait 28 days before filling in a form and finally obtaining a refund. This is a very frustrating process and easy way for them to hold on to my money for long periods of time.
This is NOT the only Acardia firm to do this (have had similar issues with BHS), so will be forwarding all relevant information over to TSA to look into.
