THIS COMPANY IS A CON, DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THEM!! I PAID £24, £20 FOR CREDIT AND £4 FOR FEES, 24 HOURS LATER, STILL NO CREDIT AND THEY THEN ASK ME TO SEND THEM A SCAN OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY BANK CARD. I ASKED FOR THEM TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION, THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED BUT STILL CHARGED ME. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND BEGAN PROCEDURES TO GET MY MONEY RETURNED, BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE AND I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO FILL OUT A FEW FORMS. I CONTACTED THEM ONE LAST TIME ASKING FOR A PEACEFUL RESOLUTION SO WE COULD BOTH AVOID THE BOTHER AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD, THAT THEY WOULD BE CONDUCTING THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION FOR ME HAVING PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION AND THIS WAS NOW A LEGAL MATTER!!! THIS IS A COMPANY OF CON MEN!! DO NOT USE !!!!!!
Obviously this business is ran by a 18 years old mental-ill like person.
This is a pathetic Nigerian-like scam.

What kind of idiots are that?
1) Payment was successful through moneybookers/skrill, they are well secured payment provider.SO no need of extra checks for 10gbp order are necessary.
2) They sent me sms verification code which i entered.
2) They contact me on a landline in a country where im obviously not residing at the moment if im buying voucher from them and not from a real shop or orange site (due to their acceptance of uk cards only).
3) They do not contact me on the cell phone i entered for recharge
4) They do not check the listed email for support on their site.
5) They do not have accessible phone number for support.
6) They do not contact me by email to let me know of the security checks
7) Finally after emailing their sales email which i got from their moneybookers account details they say they have questions for me.
I answer them together with my criticism of their service and they say because of my bad language they are not going to send me voucher and refund my money.
They call bad language "bullshit service" and "crappy service", i'm sorry but this is the best words to describe it. Dishonest rip-offs.
ARE YOU GOING TO SEND ME INTEREST on my 10gbp for operating with them for 13 days? Are you going to pay my Moneybookers fees? Are you going to pay my card company exchange rates for the transaction? Are you going to pay my % i paid for the transaction to the card company?
THIEVES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
All this for 10gbp, next time i will just ask a friend to buy it for me. What a mistake. Being ripped off by Nigerians is better, at least they give you a story and they talk with you.
If you think as a forreign that you can have the voucher instantly, then you need a landline number from the UK. I paid the 18 £, but didnt have the landline number, then it said i would have it on a email. I did not. Wrote to thair helpdesk, got instantly answer that the voucher had meed sms. put the phonecard in the phone sms arrived and voucher was topped up no problem. I am giving 3 stars because that you cant get the Voucher instantly as promised on the website if you dont have a landline number.
I bought a voucher from these people the other day. I never got it and never received a reply from their help desk. Having paid though moneybookers on my debit card I contacted them and told them I would be doing a visadebit chargeback from them. They told my to give tupup 48 hours to provide the service so I did.
Having still not received the voucher after 48 hours I contacted moneybookers again and they said they had contacted topup and would give them 5 working days to respond. This being completely unsatisfactory I told them I was going straight to my bank to start the chargeback procedure. I received an email from moneybookers the following day informing me that topup had refunded my card.
While I am not saying topup are a scam company I will say that moneybookers website advertises that they will protect their retailers from chargebacks and will absorb the costs of any chargebacks. Their first email to me also seemed to be trying to give me the impression that I wouldn’t be able to do a charge back from them as my agreement was with topup.
I suggest once you send top up the email letting them know you have not received the service if they do not respond go straight to moneybookers and let them know you will do a chargeback after 48 hours has elapsed if you do not receive the voucher.
If this does not work please please do the chargeback. If this company is scamming they are relying on people not bothering to claim their money back
I have also had problems with this site. You know it's a bad sign when they send you an email order confirmation before you have even paid any money. Still I went ahead and placed an order on a Friday night as I had run out of credit believing that it was an instant top up but I was still waiting on Sunday night ! I then emailed them requesting a refund but they just ignored me . It wasn't until I opened a payPal dispute 5 days later that I got a refund ! Disgraceful.
Despite offering an "instant top up" service I didn't receive a code so topped up elsewhere out of necessity.
Only when I emailed them after five days to ask for a refund did they send me a code. When I emailed them to tell them that I no longer needed the code which is why I'd asked for a refund they then told me they didn't give refunds once they had sent codes out. You couldn't make it up.
These people offer a poor service and are only interested in taking your money.
