I little slow to respond to my original request but once appointed Karl as project Manager everyone ran very smoothly. Clear and concise with timescales met. Aerzen are very please with the end result.
Total Displays were fantastic, we were offered some last minute exhibition space and had 2 weeks to produce a 9 panel shell scheme and counter unit. We had no basis with which to work from and a strict budget. Christine at Total Displays was fantastic, coming up with a solution that looked great, met our needs and came within our limited budget.

It is rare for me to ever put pen to paper or text to screen to applaud service because quite frankly in the UK it really isn’t often worth shouting about. Well here’s a company that is worth shouting about, Total Displays.
I first met Layth and Simon a couple of years ago as a salesmen for a software company. At that time I remember being impressed by the set up in Peterborough and although never doing business at the time their company stuck in my mind until I now run my own. In brief I needed a display pop up for a range of shows and some supporting posters and with little in the way of design skills I needed help.
At first I surfed the web and found a dozen or so companies with flashy but impractical web sites. At Total Displays I got what I wanted, pictures of the right product and ball-park pricing to get me thinking about what I really needed. A quick email overnight turned into a definitive price and a tidy discount (every little count’s these days).
I remember seeing the proofs on my Blackberry only a day later and they blew me away, so much more than I could ever have achieved alone and with a couple of tiny amendments I’d signed them off.
I’m pleased to say the delivery came today, on time and as ordered. I can’t wait for my next show to put them to good use and project my business even further. I would just like to say a big thank you to the team at Total Displays. This is a business I would strongly recommend.

WRVS initially started working with Total Displays as they offered a required service and product at great cost and as a charity, this is extremely important to us whilst still receiving great quality. We have now worked with Total Displays for coming up to 12 months and I regularly work directly with our account manager there who deals with every enquiry, request and query impeccably. Over the past 12 months we have sent a number of ad hoc requests through that have required extremely quick response and turnaround times as well as delivery to various locations across Great Britain. The Total Display team have dealt with these requests seamlessly.
When I have queried any products, invoices or deliveries I have received an immediate response and my query resolved. I find their account management second to none, the team are easily accessible and extremely efficient, whilst being friendly and helpful in all instances. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Displays to any organisation.
James was superb at managing a difficult project, with constantly changing deadlines, specs and artwork. Final prints of the point of sale were great quality.
Saw Total Displays at Marketing Week Live and thought the inflatable XGloo would be an eyecatching addition to our college events. Karl at Total Displays was very understanding as he talked us through the various options and we've not been disappointed with the product.

From the initial quotation stage through to receipt of the final product, contacts at Total Displays were very helpful and amenable. They listened and responded to our requests and feedback, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the stand before sign off.
Once the stand was produced we were happy with the quality, and (after some initial confusion on our part!) it was fairly easy to put together. Good value for money.

A previous supplier had let us down with a large quantity of counters we needed for recruitment events. I approached Total Displays and not only did they say they could provide the counters and get them delivered within our tight timescales, they were also really helpful with all my queries and any artwork problems. I received excellent prompt and helpful service from the company. The printed banners I ordered were good quality however the body of one stand was damaged and the bags awkward to put the stand away in. The erection of the stand is not all that easy and I'm concerned about their durability.
Good value for money, ready assembled. Although finding it really hard to get the protective film off the shelves!
I have ordered several roller banners from Total Displays and the order process is simple, roller banners are just as required, price wise they are competative and delivery has always been on time. I would certainly recommend them.

Well I contacted Total-display by phone after viewing their products on-line and was greeted by a very helpful customer service agent who put me through to Simon W. who is now handling my account. Simon answered all questions that I had and promptly supplied me with my desired materials. From the very start of receiving my quote to manufacture updates right through to delivery I could not fault the level of customer service. So much so I have now placed a second order with far larger quantities which has all been handled in the same manner.
