Michelle has been extremely helpful from the outset, particularly with items that have been subject to a lot of change, nothing is too much trouble for her. Michelle has changed and returned numerous amounts of quotes always very professionally and efficiently and has always been on hand on the phone to provide advice and support. I would feel confident in recommending the service without hesitation.
I had a problem with printing a display for a wedding Fayre, I contacted Total displays and ordered a Grasshopper Roller Banner & Stand but need it by Friday, there was a size problem with my order this was quickly rectified with a simple phone call.
I took delivery of the stand on Friday 8-11-13 and I was so pleased with it I phoned to express my gratitude.
Placed an a repeat order, although there were some graphic changes and from the time I made the call to the Sales team to actually delivery here in our office was only 3 days - really impressed and cannot thank them enough :-0
I've just received 2 Grasshopper roller banners which I'm very pleased with. The quality is great, excellent value. I also received great service from my account handler Hannah James who managed to get these turned around within a couple of days.

Just wanted to give you some feedback after the show yesterday. The artwork looked really good and the engineering of the display stand was very impressive. Once we had it sussed out we found straight forward to set up and dismantle. Personally I thought ours (I am biased) was one of the best there, so thanks for assistance and a first class product.
Hannah from Total Displays was very helpful and also ensured that lines of communication were open. She answered all my queries in timely and kind manner.
The banners that we ordered arrived very quickly and looked great! The images on the banners were very bright and eye catching. Other staff members also commented on how professional the banners looked.

Total Displays always go out there way to accommodate whatever requirements we have, be it a fast turn around, an unusual quantity, a remote delivery, nothing phases them. There is an excellent group of staff that are always on hand no matter what your query, they really make you feel at ease yet remain professional at all times.

I ordered a 3 x 4 expo stand for out hotel organisation. The communication was fantastic throughout the process - (thanks Karl) and the stand itself is great. Very easy to use and all neatly goes back into a very sturdy and smart travel case. We have had several comments on the stand by other exhibitors at various events who have been impressed by the ease and speed at which we can assemble the stand and the quality. I am absolutely delighted with the multiple pop-up display items supplied to us by Total Displays. Believe me, I shopped around and did my research; and Total Displays were by far the best value-for-money! The items are really well produced and the quality of printing is second to none (which also owes a lot to our Graphic Designer!). The sales team were easily contactable and extremely helpful. I have been very impressed by the service i have received from Gary at Total Displays. They hadn't been recommended to me, i happened to stumble across them while on Google and I am so happy I did.
They have been a joy to work with. They have been very reliable and helpful. I think the longest time I waited to hear back from them was probably about 15 minutes. We had something wrong with one of our prints and they called us straight away to resolve the problem. All in all they went above and beyond to ensure they produced the best quality work in less time than estimated and at a great cost.

I have to say, I like a good poke in the eye . . . especially with a pointed stick, but the service I receive from my Total Displays account handler, Hannah way surpasses the ecstasy brought upon by the eye poke. She is helpful, dedicated, extremely professional, efficient and a complete clown, which totally works for me. The rapport I have built up with Hannah over the last few months is great. We conduct our business together whilst having a laugh along the way and let's face it, we all need to laugh occasionally.
There are certain suppliers you wouldn’t want to spend a penny with and others you would like to spend a weekend ice fishing with. My experience with Total Displays definitely fits into the frozen lake category and I would recommend the excellent customer experience to anyone . . . even the Eskimos.
