Great price,great service!!
A mate of mine had been after a jetboil stove for ages,but could'nt find a good deal on one any where!
He asked me to look online, as i do most of my shopping that way. iIfound total access by accident, but am very glad i did.The stove was in stock, at an unbeatable price, with really fast delivery.
Needless to say, he's well chuffed!
Have already recommended site to other mates too!

There really is a company that still believes in customer service
I ordered 2 items. One directly from Total Access and one from Amazon which was being serviced by Total Access (I didn't know this at the time of ordering). Anyway, I emailed them and asked them if they could put both orders together and they were very happy to oblige.
Too many internet retailers forget that there are real people at the other end of the network, and that we want good communication with regards to despatch/delivery times, and issues resolved rapidly. Total Access managed all this easily.
Total Access provided a first class service and I can and will whole heartedly recommend them to firends, family and colleagues in the future.

Fantastic Delivery Service
Everything happened as planned, to within a few minutes. I was sent a text to confirm delivery and offered change options. I replied with my preferred change. This was confirmed, and I was given a one hour window for the delivery.
It arrived 3 minutes into that hour, clean, fast, simple, accurate.

Perfect service
The service received from Total Access could not have been better. From the friendly sales staff on the telephone, to the prompt order amendment via email, to the next day delivery. I can honestly say it is the best service I have ever had for climbing gear.

Where is my order?
I placed an order, they took my money and I have no idea where the goods are! I returned to the website and the status shows as 'awaiting processing'. Very poor in my opinion.

Disgraceful service
Avoid at all costs.I ordered A harness and ropes on tuesday the 26 March rang a week later to see where the goods are only to be told the were waiting for the goods to com from abroad. Why put items online for sale when you clearly do not carry stock after all a rope is not really a spelised item.

Not a happy shopper
I got one item from eBay and later get told out of stock, got a refund.
Saw on eBay something else, paid for it then get an email saying that is just been sold,
So I got a refund, but the PayPal hassle this caused was a lot.
I will not use them again.
