great service,fast delivery and very good quality product,will def order again.
I was looking for a quality and sturdy litter box for my cat but didn't like the ones I saw untill I found this one in Total warehouse website and not only it looks cool but ticks all the boxes,my cat is happy with it and so are we!

Great Value, Quality Products and Fast Delivery
Total Warehouse has a customer friendly website and a brilliant product range.
I compared the prices to Amazon etc and there was a big difference.
I got my order promptly and they emailed details of dispatch dates dailly.

I found really good products that I cannot get from my usual providers. It is a pity the range of products for pets is not so big, otherwise I would buy more from you.
After my purchase I contacted you through the chat (great way to offer customer service) to add another item into my account and as it was late, I left the message. The next morning a really helpful assistant contacted me and help me well.
I received messages indicating the status of my order and I have been requested my opinion (again that is good customer service)
The only complain would go to the delivery company. Not well organised, do not follow delivery instructions and complicated to re -arrange.

Excellent service
Really good service , emailed straight away to say product out of stock and would be in within 7-10 days. Decided to wait and was delivered within the 10 days . Unfortunately it arrived broken phoned total warehouse and they apologised and sent a replacement straight out! And well packaged this time.

This company is very organized. After ordering my item online I was kept fully up to date, via emails from them. Informed by email that my order had been dispatched, and a text message to inform me of the delivery time. My item arrived on time and within the time slot given, well packed as described and of the quality I expected.
A very fast and efficient service, and would recommend them to anyone.

Solar light shines bright
I had been looking for something different to sit on my patio table, so when I saw this outside table garden solar mosiac light on total warehouse site I couldnt resist, it reminded me of my holdiays in Turkey sitting having a meal outside watching the world going by, and it would match the rest of my blingy lights in the garden, looks fab sitting there, glowing away in the dusk light. Makes me want to book another holdiay!!

Great service. Replaced damaged goods promptly
My outdoor lighting arrived and several of the bulbs were smashed as the spares were taped to the outside of the box. I rang and they quickly ordered replacements which arrived the next day - all very well packaged this time. Customer service were polite and apologetic and it was a complete no quibble response - excellent - thanks guys

The display stand arrived at the weekend, just as you promised. It is perfect and looks really good in place with our Netsuke on it.

Brilliant!
The delivery was fantastic, arrived in such a short space of time. It was packaged all together nice and securely and protected with loads of bubble wrap. The items i ordered for my new cat were lovely, just as described and of a good quality, without being hugely expensive. I would certainly recommend this site to anyone as the whole process from start to finish was stress free. Brilliant !

My order was not what I placed, really disappointing!
I placed an order and did not receive what I had ordered. I have been on their website and cannot find a contact number to speak to someone about my recent purchase which was wrong! On receiving my order, I was not given any returns details which is disappointing! What a haste just trying to locate the information that should be available more readily! This is the first time I have used this site and to be honest I would probably not use them again!

Top ClassService
Order a protective dog seat cover for the rear seat with a water bottle. Very fast delivery and quality better than expected for the price. Does a fantastic job and would recommend to anyone owning a dog who was sick and tired of cleaning the car every time the dog went in it.

I ordered an outdoor mirror and solar-powered lantern online. Order arrived within 48 hours securely packed. Lantern was not as shown on website, but after ringing the company I was offered an apology and full refund (but told to keep the lantern anyway). Excellent friendly service, prices very competitive - would definitely use them again.

Easy to use website, regular updates on tracking order status.
The website is user friendly with great tracking on status of order. What I particularly like is that you can write comments about delivery of the order in free text using more characters than most other sites. This meant I was able to leave clear instructions of where to leave my order if I was out. Would recommend. Ps the prices are competitive to including delivery charges.
