I bought a couple of the Electric Wall Conservatory Convector Panel Heater about six months and returned to order another on ebay. But there was an error with the listed price. I phoned the Total warehouse customer service direct and the lady that took my call was very helpful and advised me of the correct price. The re-ordering was straight forward. Also I received text message notification of an hour slot delivery time prior to the delivery. the item was delivered in time as advised. very happy with the customer service
I was kept fully informed at every stage. The item was originally out of stock but arrived a lot sooner than I was expecting. Just waiting to have my radiators fitted. (Sadly my husband is doing this & not Total Warehouse).
I reported receiving my heater with 2 broken tubes in it the hour I received it with a photo. The box was not damaged outside. The packing inside was not holding the heater as it should. They are sending on 2 new tubes for me to fit. Not a new heater. Not a good service.
Recently bought a gorgeous light fitting from Total Warehouse. It came directly from the supplier & due to the way it was packaged had sustained some damage. I had no problem getting through to Becky who was very helpful & I was offered a number of options. When I decided to return the item, a convenient collection was quickly organised & text/email confirmation sent. Very good to deal with.
Having ordered an electric heater I received the wrong item. I immediately wrote an email to the supplier and they apologised profusely blaming an error in picking the item from the warehouse. The replacement heater was delivered and the error collected at a time and day to suit me. Mistakes happen but it was resolved very efficiently.
I ordered this dehumidifier and the money was taken straight away. T the next day they said that there was not any available and that they had refunded my money but it wasn't until 3 days later that it appeared. Not a very good experience at all.
We had purchased an electric wall heater for our conservatory. It came within the 3/4 days specified and seemed to be very well packed. However upon opening the package we found the vents at both top and bottom of the heater panels to be buckled. I phoned the company and was told that they would be prepared to send out a replacement if I could send them some digital photos of the item. This I did and within a couple of hours we received an email advising that a replacement was being dispatched to us as a priority shipment. It arrived the following morning and proved to be in good condition. It only took about half an hour to get the heater installed and working. An excellent and cost effective solution to the problem of providing some additional heating in our conservatory in the winter.
Delivery was on time and the Dehumidifier seems to be working well. However, the attached booklet contained some errors. Also, I had to phone Customer Service as there was no indication of any guarantee; I was very politely advised that there was a 12-month guarantee period by a very friendly assistant.
I had no previous experience of Total Warehouse, but bought two electric heaters from them. Their price for these was even lower than the online discount electrical retailer that I have used previously, so I was a little unsure how good their service would be. I needn't have worried - it was first class! I did have a minor quibble with them over the shipping charge, but my email was answered first thing the following morning, not only apologetically, but agreeing an immediate refund of the disputed amount. That's what I call honourable trading. Plus the fact that the goods were delivered very quickly; a neighbour had to accept them as they arrived several days earlier than forecasted and I was out. They were well wrapped and arrived in sound condition. All in all - very satisfactory.
I ordered a colour changing diffuser for a christmas gift last week using their next day delivery service. I was sent emails at the product pick, dispatch and delivery stages which was very helpful to have when ordering the day before Christmas eve!
Although the product was faulty (These things happen!) Total Warehouse dealt with it perfectly, no stress no hastle, they advised I should dispose of the faulty product and they would issue a new one immediately...some may say a five star rating shouldn't be given if the product was faulty but the politeness of the customer service adviser and the simple returns policy in place means I would still recommend them any day!
We needed plug and play lights the next day due to being let down by another supplier. Total Warehouse had the lights in stock and even paying them extra to deliver by 12pm the next day were still a little bit cheaper than our original supplier.
Lights turned up on time - job done and they look great.
