Bought a litter tray & travel basket for my cat & after looking on Amazon & Ebay this was the best price. Good choice & price, super quick delivery. Unfortunatley the upper part of the litter tray was broken but when I emailed them to say they were brilliant!! Sent a replacement no quibble
Although we have not used Total Warehouse before, we were very pleased with the product, speed of service, and the helpfulness of the staff. Although we live in the north of Scotland goods came within 2 days. Many thanks to all involved. We would recommend them to any potential customer.

I ordered two of these heaters and whilst I was a tad disappointed that they did not arrive the next business day as I expected, I fully accept the reason provided inasmuch as whilst my order was placed in advance of the cut off time, as I paid by PayPal there was as light delay and I missed the shipment deadline. I accepted the explanation, but they still insisted on refunding my next working day supplemental cost, good customer care!
On installation, one of the two units was found to have a fixing screw missing. I spoke (I think to Ian?) who said, no worries, I would a complete replacement fixing pack in the post, it arrived the next morning!
That is about as good as gets, I just wish more online retailers/providers were as efficient and accommodating!

I had a faulty item on one occasion and this was very quickly sorted out satisfactorily.
I placed an order for 4 items & paid extra for next day delivery but one of the items was out of stock until the end of the week, I sent an email to ask if the missing item would be sent by next day delivery or on the 3 to 5 day post but I got no reply, I then got another email when the item had been sent so again I emailed to ask if it was on next day delivery & yes you got it I got no reply, I tried again because I needed the item to move out so if it didn't come on time there would have been no one home so I tried another email. I got one reply to say they had been on holiday then another to say the staff or who ever do not reply to emails, what good is that? I am happy to say I did get the last item on time but I feel there should be someone there to reply to emails so people are not left worrying about there orders
Phone call was answered promptly and Kimberley was polite, knowledgable and extremely helpful in so far as running to the warehouse on two occasions to make sure the stock of the items I was after was there.
I probably shouldn't say as I don't want to get Kimberley in to trouble but she even went so far as recommending an alternative website for the bits they didn't have in stock.
All in all a superb service and highly recommended.

My item was delivered but nobody was home, rhe calling card left was very informative with lots of options on how to rearrange the delivery. As far as I am concerned, this was a second hand digital TV Aerial - it turned up in a battered box - when the protective coating was taken off the front of the aerial you could see finger prints and marks on it - the power lead had not been wrapped properly and was squased back into its box. Obviously it has been used by someone who then didn't want it and returned it - to cap it all it didn't work. I am returning it for a refund of my money. Really dissapointed.
Ordered an oil filled radiator and paid for it. Then got an email a few days later simply saying the item was no longer in stock and wasn't likely to come back into stock so they'd refunded my money, end of. No apology, and very impersonal. Why didn't they just mark it as out of stock / discontinued on the site in the first place. I regularly order on the internet and this is the first time I've been this disappointed with such a basic 'we no longer stock it so tough' email.

Placed order approx 9am on a Wednesday for an automatic pet feeder as we were going to be away the following Sunday. Added the delivery option for next day delivery to ensure we would receive the item. Unfortunately it did not arrive until the following Tuesday. Had the item arrived within 3 days even I would have been completely satisfied
