Very pleased

I too had a problem with the number of candle holders via KGB deal, however a quick email and the rest arrived without any hassle whatsoever!

The BEST customer service team EVER

The staff at Touch of Ginger are just fantastic.

I ordered the kgb orchid candle deals like other on here, and also had problems with the candle count....after phoning them, they organised dispatch but it didnt arrive....after speaking to 2 different staff members during the course of the week, a member of staff then kindly took it upon himself to personally organise the dispatch and delivery for me, sending it overnight.

I was very impressed with this company, all staff there were friendly, helpful and patient at all times....(I'd love to work amongst this professional and fun team!)

They went above and beyond the call of duty for me, therefore I happily recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant Service!

I ordered a few things from this company as christmas presents. They arrived in 2 days, with free p&p! Very happy service, fantastic communication.Will definitely buy from them again, and recommend to friends!

Delivery was reasonably speedy and the product lovely - would have liked some sizing guide, however. Other than that, would highly recommend.

First class customer service

I give 5 stars even though I received 3 candle holders instead of 9. But a phone call put this right and the extras were delivered the next day. Thought they were well worth the equivalent of £1each as very pretty and safe, but would not have paid 3 times as much. But customer service was brilliant! I shall look at site for other gifts.

Lovely Website

Great free delivery, ordered candles through Groupon, really lovely, but maybe not worth full price. Lovely web site I have it bookmarked.

Quick but not value for money

Delivery was quick, but I ordered candles through kgbdeals. They are probably worth a £1 for the quality, had to pay a £9.99.

Clever Products, Poor Shipping Time

Touch of Ginger carries very clever products, but it took them a long time to get to my house. Granted, it was international shipping, but it took the products over a month to arrive.

Where is my item?

I never received the item I ordered as a Christmas present. It's now May and I receive an email requesting a review! Why would this be, have you finally delivered my item to the address I moved from in February? I never complained at the time because of the bad weather and had forgotten about it until now.

I saw some of your products on sale in Debenhams, and thought I'd visit your website to see what other products you had to offer. They all look brilliant, and the bottle opener I ordered arrived on time, but is perhaps a bit overpriced. Overall though, I was very pleased.

Cool stuff, but too late...

I really like the stuff you sell at Touch of Ginger - however, my purchase before Christmas took ages to come and I had to write to you to check up on it. As such, it was too late for the secret santa present and although I asked you to cancel it, you sent it late anyway. So not best pleased - but would consider shoppping with you again as you sell cool stuff. x

I love this website and the products and I have bought a present in Christmas and all was OK, but I wanted to buy another present and I can't...and I am from spain and I don't understand some things that I had to do to pay! I sent an e-mail and they treat to help me but there wasn't any result and I couldn't buy it...
I will try to do it, because I want it but I don't think if I will have any result.
