Towel I wanted out of stock temporarily but they contacted me when supplies were in and I had a great discount, an all round good experience and the towels are good quality at an unbeatable price.
Bathrobe purchased for my husbands birthday. The quality of the robe is high and the embroidery that was requested was spot on. My husband was delighted with it. It has been washed a couple of times and remains as it was when bought. Really happy with the product and although a bit expensive, you get what you pay for. I would definately buy other products from this company.
I ordered 3 embroidered dressing gowns for my bridesmaids and maid of honour. The ordering process was quick and easy and the gowns arrived incredibly quickly. They look fantastic and I'm so excited about giving them to the girls.
My only negative point about the ordering process was that there was no facility I could find to see the font type when choosing which to use.
I ordered two towels as birthday presents and had them embroidered with my sons' names - they look great and were delivered really quickly - the colours are really bright and fun... haven't washed them yet though!

Service was fine but i am very dissapointed with product. It presents as being a Luxury fitted toweling sheet, but it had a seam down the middle and tears all along the seam. the quality of the material it self was very thin and scratchy and anything but luxury.
I was very pleased with how quickly the product came, the quality of the prodcut and how well it resembled the pictures on the website. I would use them again, particularly good for personalised presents.
Having ordered an item and received a confirmation email I expected my goods to arrived within a few days, as this was my previous experience. Making contact weeks later I discovered that there was no record of my order anywhere, and they didn't know why.
They couldn't fulfill my order anyway as it was out of stock. I won't waste my time with them in future.

Bought my wife a new dressing gown with a cat logo for her Mother's Day present. (Don't know why; she's my wife not my Mother!) Any way, she was chuffed to bits with the design, fitand material. The cat was very please withe the comfortabler lap to sit on and I was chuffed with the price and the service. A five smiley purchase.
I was a little late organising my anniversary gift for my wife. Just one email, asking them to process asap, which they did happily made my wife very happy and leaving me out of the dog house.
The dressing gowns I ordered from towels r us were absolutely amazing. They were a wedding gift and the bride and groom were extremely pleased with the outcome. The service I received was great and I even received a call to check the colour thread I wanted. Towels r us made sure they were delivered early than the estimated date so that I could give them the day of the wedding.

I purchased some couch covers which arrived within the allotted time and were as described. I opted for the less expensive covers as I will not be using them that regularly and they are fine for me, however if you intend to use your covers and so wash them regularly you would probably better off paying a little more and getting a slightly better quality product.
I ordered a towel from towels are us as a gift and so was very disappointed when it arrived and its box was very damaged and beaten up- it looked second hand and was ripped and squashed. I emailed towels r us directly to complain but have still not received a response after 2 weeks. I am very unimpressed with their customer service because of this as well as their bad packaging meaning it wasn't protected. I had to take the product out of the box and wrap it up but I will have to explain when she opens it what it is etc as the box would have done this which will ruin the giving of the present for me as it also looks very weird that it has no box. Unimpressed isn't the word especially as the postage was quite overpriced anyway - maybe they should spend some of that money on packing them better.
I ordered 4 personalised bathrobes as gifts for family members, giving towelsrus only 3 days to come up with the goods! As usual, they did not let me down with their reliable delivery. What's more, the recipients of the gifts having been raving about their dressing gowns, saying that they're the best engagement presents they received.

Only 1 little snag, which I was reassured over the phone was going to be rectified. The website doesn't have the facility to let you know if something is out of stock, so you may be searching for an item which the website says it sells; then when it comes to ordering it, it's not on screen. Also, when looking at items, it seems to register your interest each time as an item for your basket. So, by the time you get to checkout, you may find multiple items on your list which you initially looked at, but didn't intend to order. However, the company knows that this is a problem and are hopefully going to put this right. I certainly hope so!
