Terrible - I will never order from them again
I ordered 2 hand towels but found the website slightly misleading in that I mistakenly ordered 3. I rang the company the next morning to apologise and asked if they could help. The man that answered didn't seem that bothered however he did state they would alter the order and refund the price of one towel to my account. He later sent a seperate email to say this had been done. I am still waiting for the refund weeks later and have sent 4 emails to complain. I have offered to send in my bank statements as proof. They have never replied to any of my emails and I have never received my refund.

had with ordering with the company. In this respect I can confirm that I have refunded you for one towel today and in the meantime will investigate further to find out why the issue had not been resolved before. Courteous and prompt service
They couldn`t supply the colour I ordered so they phoned to ask what I wanted to do. Delivery was soon after with a second colour choice.

Quality Robe
The item I ordered was out of stock. I was promtly emailed and an alternative arranged. the item was dispatched within their time scale. As for the bath robe it was as described, very good quality and double stitched. A++

Speedy, Reliable and Quality
I have ordered towelling slippers several times from Towels R Us and found the service excellent. The slippers are great value for money and the order arrived very quickly. Hand towels are of excellent quality and I will certainly use again. When I phoned for advice the assistant was very friendly and the information accurate.

I have purchased 3 products from Towels R Us, all three have been excellant quality, and unique gifts, very much appreciated by recipiants.
1 product was late in arriving due to christmas post, nothing to do with the company, but Towels r us were extremley helpful in trying to help with my deadline for delivery.

You know what it's like when you're searching for a specific item, & can't find what you're looking for ? I visited the e-bay site some months ago, hoping to pick up a 100% cotton towelling robe for my son, & I came across TowelsRus as a possible; so, I checked out their stock & found the exact item I required. Their consummate professionalism & value for money was the immediate 'pull' - notwithstanding their rapid dispatch. A few weeks ago I looked in the airing cupboard & noticed that my bath linen was looking somewhat threadbare. I went back to the TowelsRus website & ordered a bale of towels from them. Rapidly expedited, superb value, & confidence in the (received) product to purchase from them again. First-rate quality all-round. I'm fussy about such things - pedantic you might say, but I have no doubt that if you're looking for affordable bath or bed linens, then TowlesRus are the people to deal with. One very satisfied customer !!

Speedy service

Not Good
I was very disappointing with my product the amount that I was charged and the discription made it seem like I was getting this large luxurious bath towel and it was more like a shabby over sized tea towel!!!!!!!

Towels are great but delivery was poor
Quality of the products are great but delivery was poor. Tried to deliver when I was out and then said that if I did not stay in when they redelivered I would have to pick up from a depot. Not willing to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place by front door.

Good, though some products inferior to others
I bought some very nice monogrammed towels a year or two ago which have pleased everyone in the family. I also bought a bathrobe which my teenage son seldom takes off.
In the recent January sale I bought two blankets (one cotton waffle and one cellular acrylic) but these were rather thin and feeble compared with others I had bought at John Lewis for much the same price, so I sent them back. Towels R Us were very good about the return so I would still use them again in the future, at least for towelling items.

Easy to use website, huge range of towels and colours to use. I contacted the help line, which was very good and I was helped with the final transaction. The goods arrived (quickly) on time and I was very happy. My daughter is so jealous, I'm under severe pressure to get her her own towels!

dreadful- would not use again
This is what i wrote as a complaint to them and to date have received no acknowledgement or response.
"I am very disappointed with the service I received. This order was very important to me so I phoned before I placed the order to confirm that it could be delivered by 13th January. I was assured that it could and I placed the order in good faith. I received confirmation on 10th that it had been dispatched
When it did not arrive, I phoned and was told someone would get back to me. No one did and I called again. The person I spoke to said " it's probably just the mail taking it's time as usual". If you "usually" have a problem with your first class mail taking over three days to arrive then why was I not informed before I placed my order. No apology was given, just a rather lame " give us a call on Monday if it does not arrive by then". It arrived on Monday and I am not therefore confident that it was actually posted on the Tuesday before.
Whilst you cannot be held responsible for the mail you can be responsible for the information you give your customers and how you speak to them.I have been a repeat customer for the past couple of years and will not be using your service again."

Really pleased I found your website. Very hard to find 100% cotton dressing gowns these days. Nearly ALL shops and websites only stock those horrible polyester fluffy ones! They may feel nice to touch, but they are useless. Not only do you sweat in them, they do not dry your skin properly, as they are NOT cotton. I cant believe all the major high streest shops stock them - they are horrible.
I am so glad I found your wonderful cotton dressing gown, with a hood (which they dont all have either) and a clever belt that is sewn on at the back, so the child never loses it. All for a reasonable price. I even went for the embroidery on the front for my son, which he loves. Thank you again.
