Even chines shops give me track numbers for orders that costs 10$, and when i paid 60 pounds i didn't receive any...

TransAir is a reliable and excellent flight equipment retail company.
I am a customer based in Singapore and TransAir is the first online-based retailer which I purchased my pilot apparrel from. I am honestly glad to say that I look forward to continue using TransAir's flight equipment retail services for the unforseeable future as it is able to provide excellent quality materials and yet offer reasonable and competitive prices which you can never see elsewhere.
I would also like to commend their staff for being approachable and helpful regarding my enquiries. For potential customers considering to purchase from TransAir, I highly recommend it because I generally receive my products just one week from the day of dispatch — and that duration is for the delivery of a package which comes all the way from the United Kingdom, and across the globe to Singapore.

Fast service and high quality.
The Transair's products are in this moment the better in Europe. Coupled whith a dispatch service very quickly and efficent. I hope, in the future that they will extend your catalogue whith other new products (for example: Italy charts and bottlang and similar for central Europe) besides, isn't bad to think, at the new application for I-pad and I-phone...every more pilot use it.

The Transair website does not indicate stock levels or availability, after I ordered I was NOT contacted until I phoned to follow up. Then I was told I would be contacted once order arrived and again not contacted until my second call when I was then told that the original stock out item had arrived but something else that I had ordered was not available and I asked them to fulfil the order as it was. Nothing until a week later when I phoned for the THIRD time only to be told that yet another item was out of stock and as at today I am still waiting for despatch- FIVE WEEKS later....I wait in hope but Transair - never again.

I ordered a gift for my husband and received confirmation that the order was received by email. However the product was out of stock and I received no email to tell my this, I had to phone the day before his birthday to ask when it would arrive, to be told they had no idea as they were not in possession of the product. Very disappointing as it left me little time to source another gift.

Generally good, but poor response to enquiry re: delayed dispatch
I ordered two products and one was delivered with no delay however second was out of stock. I received a courteous email to this effect stating that this would be received by the end of the week and dispatched immediately. Two weeks have since passed and item still not dispatched, and no response to email querying the same.

Extraordinarily hard to find, we'd been in search for ages for new pilot shirts which were of good quality material and well cut & fitted. Although a little more expensive than the standard, for the sake of £7 the deluxe version was just what we were looking for - and very easy to purchase online.

Exactly what I was expecting.
Even if one of the products I orfered was not in stock, they send free of charge the rest. The last piece came within 7 days. They received it on Thursday. The same day it was posted by parcel service with extra fast shipping. It arrived on Friday noon. Even if the price was 15EUR more than elsewhere, it is worth the money.

Good, but missing invoice
The Package got stuck at customs, Brause the invoice was in the Package. So the parcel service could not process it.
Put the invoice nextime on the package.
Every thing else was perfect!

out of stock of a basic product
disappointed that you were out of stock of oil - a basic priduct - and this was not made clear at time of ordering.

Unfortunately Sell Aviation have had a fault in the production of Aeroshell 15w50 and they do not have any stock. Usually, as you commented this is a basic product and as Aeroshell's Authorised Distributor we do hold stock. Unfortunately, this fault in the manufacturing process has cause this problem. We are sorry that this has happened and hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly.
