Great supplier recommend them every time
Great supplier , always had super quick deliveries and very helpful on the phone . On the only occasion I received the wrong part they quickly rectified it with no quibbles . The only thing I can't work out is the often show special offers with RRP shown and then for example 16 pence discount which is strange on items of for example many hundreds of pounds lol . But never the less would always recommend them . And lastly if you fly down to shoreham airport their on site store is super .

Items in stock and quickly delivered.
Both of the items I ordered where eventually found to be out of stock at a competitors store. Transair, although slightly more expensive had the items and delivered them very quickly. In future I will favour their site.

Still waiting!
The ipad yoke mount I ordered was out of stock and hasn't arrived yet but transair did email me and ring me to tell me of the problem and promised it for this week....

We regret to advise that the UK distributors for this product are currently out of stock. They were expecting to re-supply us last week, but their own delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. They have now advised us that they expect to have the goods with us this week and as soon as we receive them with us we will despatch them to you.

Good customer service but stock availability issues
Great customer service from Transair as usual, system would though be better if the website indicated items that were not in stock / available for despatch rather than the order going through for the whole lot (albeit no charge until items despatched).

Customer oriented service
Order placed midday on a Friday, delivery of available stock achieved early on Saturday. On Monday a 'phone call from Transair confirmed anticipated delivery of outstanding items by the following weekend. Given that the price paid was extremely competitive this is exceptional customer service.

Excellent.
I have purchased the David Clark H10-13.4 headset with the free case. The only mishap was that the option as to select a colour for the headset case was not given. Except for that, I would definitely recommend Transair.

Poor
Placed an order over the weekend. Heard from you by email on Wednesday to say the chart is out of stock. 1. Do you not have a stock system integrated into your website in this day and age? 2. Why contact me on Wednesday when Tuesday was a working day?
I had to order a chart from Pooleys and pay extra for next day delivery due to delays caused by your company. I won't be using you again in a hurry on this basis when I can use other companies who do have an integrated stock system.

We regret that we are currently unable to show real time stock availability on our website, however this is something that is being looked into and will hopefully be available in the future.
Please accept our apologies for not contacting you on the Tuesday after Easter. We were expecting the chart you ordered to be delivered with the new edition of the 1/4 mill England South which arrived that day, but unfortunately it was delayed.
We regret that in trying process all of the orders for the new charts, and the backlog of orders generated, that we were unable to contact every customer on that day. However, we did contact the remaining people as soon as we could on the Wednesday.

Good stocks, easy to order!
Looking for replacement flying suits, my size was not readily available on eBay. Found these guys and for a bit extra got new suit and a pair of books sent to me promptly overseas. Good service, likely to use Transair again.

Still waiting for my map amazed its out of stock when its only just been released.

Where's the Goods?
Asking for a review before I have the goods not a good Idea Arrived !!!!

The e-mails that ask you for a review, are generated automatically by our website 5 days after the order was placed, regardless of any public holidays that may occur. As your order was placed on Good Friday, 29th March 2013, the website sent you the e-mail the following Wednesday, 3rd April 2013. However, due to our offices being closed over the 4 day bank holiday weekend, we were unable to despatch your order until Tuesday 2nd April 2013. Therefore, the earliest you could have expected to receive your items would be Thursday 4th April 2013.
I hope that this explains why you have received our e-mail before the goods have reached you.

We did advise you via E-mail that this product was out of stock, the day after the order was placed. I am sorry that we were unable to respond to your subsequent E-mails, as our offices were closed for 4 days over the Easter weekend and your first message arrived with us on Good Friday.
Today is our first day back after the public holiday, and we will endeavour to respond your questions as soon as we can get a response from our supplier, who has also been closed for Easter.

The website let me order over the internet - but was later rung to be told 'out of stock'.
Disappointing that the website let me order the product and e-mail received. However a day or so later I was rung and told the item was out of stock. Everyone was very polite but it delayed me being able to order the product elswhere - and from the new supplier I received it even quicker than expected.

Transair can"t be faulted with their dispatch o Aera 550(goods not yet opened)
DHL Express hardly express but tracking system helpful.
Parcel apparently went Shoreham-Gatwick-Vitoria-Barcelona-Vitoria-Palma de Mallorca,taking a week -express ?
