Great supplier , always had super quick deliveries and very helpful on the phone . On the only occasion I received the wrong part they quickly rectified it with no quibbles . The only thing I can't work out is the often show special offers with RRP shown and then for example 16 pence discount which is strange on items of for example many hundreds of pounds lol . But never the less would always recommend them . And lastly if you fly down to shoreham airport their on site store is super .
Both of the items I ordered where eventually found to be out of stock at a competitors store. Transair, although slightly more expensive had the items and delivered them very quickly. In future I will favour their site.
Great customer service from Transair as usual, system would though be better if the website indicated items that were not in stock / available for despatch rather than the order going through for the whole lot (albeit no charge until items despatched).

Order placed midday on a Friday, delivery of available stock achieved early on Saturday. On Monday a 'phone call from Transair confirmed anticipated delivery of outstanding items by the following weekend. Given that the price paid was extremely competitive this is exceptional customer service.
I have purchased the David Clark H10-13.4 headset with the free case. The only mishap was that the option as to select a colour for the headset case was not given. Except for that, I would definitely recommend Transair.
Placed an order over the weekend. Heard from you by email on Wednesday to say the chart is out of stock. 1. Do you not have a stock system integrated into your website in this day and age? 2. Why contact me on Wednesday when Tuesday was a working day?
I had to order a chart from Pooleys and pay extra for next day delivery due to delays caused by your company. I won't be using you again in a hurry on this basis when I can use other companies who do have an integrated stock system.
Looking for replacement flying suits, my size was not readily available on eBay. Found these guys and for a bit extra got new suit and a pair of books sent to me promptly overseas. Good service, likely to use Transair again.
Still waiting for my map amazed its out of stock when its only just been released.

Disappointing that the website let me order the product and e-mail received. However a day or so later I was rung and told the item was out of stock. Everyone was very polite but it delayed me being able to order the product elswhere - and from the new supplier I received it even quicker than expected.
Transair shop has a great variety of air equipment.
DHL Express hardly express but tracking system helpful.
Parcel apparently went Shoreham-Gatwick-Vitoria-Barcelona-Vitoria-Palma de Mallorca,taking a week -express ?
I found the service A class, couldn't ask for better, very quick in fact next day, I also phoned to add a extra item, and the personal contact was brilliant, and really helpful, the extra item came with the first item, For my son flight equipment, i would not look any where else but Transair. 1st class service, and quality .
