I was due to start the IMC course and the instructor recommended the book she likes to use. I ordered it on The Wednesday afternoon not expecting it till the following Monday (training starting on the Tuesday) on a standard royal mail delivery.. I was very pleased when it arrived the nest day. well done!
I ordered a product in the £80 region from the website in early Sept. I received an email confirming the order but three weeks later did not have the product. I phoned & found it was out of stock. I was told I had received an e-mail & a phone call informing me of this. I had had neither of these & was told that maybe they called me when my phone was off. I was frustrated that the person I spoke to was so defensive & dismissive but after I spoke to a manager they did agree to next day delivery when the product was in stock.
I had ordered what I needed with plenty of time to spare, but if this hadn't been the case it could have been a big problem.
Need to brush up customer service.

I bought recently a new headset - it was very easy to find the item i was looking for, read reviews and opinions, buy the product and pay for it. The DHL service was a bit sluggish - it took them one week to deliver within Europe, but otherwise, the Transair service was very descent.
It is not the cheapest aviation shop - prices can be improved (reduced), but it offers a trustworthy service.
Great selection of products. Easy process form finding the right item right to check out. Super fast dispatch and delivery.

I ordered online late at night. Next morning got a phone call to correct an error I made. The goods were dispatched immediately and I think they arrived the following day.
Ordered one day and delivered the next, what's not to like.
I bought an item that I wanted to give as a present. I ordered in advance (more than 20 days before due date). Given that the item was delivered within the UK, I thought that would be enough. Unfortunately the item was not in stock (no mention of it in the website), but I was assured that the item would arrive in 1 week time. OK, I thought, I've still got enough time. After 2 weeks I had not received the item yet so I called them and they said there had been a delay in the delivery but they should receive it in a matter days. After 3 weeks no sign of the item so I called them again and they said that the item had just been delivered. The result is that I wanted to take the item with me to a trip and give it away as a present, but I did not receive the item on time.
I think the company has deceived me as if I had known before, I would have cancelled my order and turned to some more reliable supplier.
No compensation of any kind has been offered to me.
RAM iPad mount. Works very well and is a lot lighter than expected.
I ordered a RAM mount one day last weekend, the order acknowledged promptly, goods despatched the first working day (Monday following). This was notified by email and the goods arrived on Tuesday.
What could be better?
I ordered a pilot jumper a couple of weeks ago. The size shown on the charts matches exactly the item itself, that is not very common for a female size 6 like me. Female pilot clothes are often difficult to find, and always bigger than expected. The quality is also very good, and for a competitive price.
It was a quick delivery and exactly as it should be, no surprises there.
I strongly recommend this website for everyone.

I don't know, if it's Transair or DHL issue, but more than week passed after my order has been placed on Transair. And I still did not receive my parcel.
