Superb service and excellent rates
Booking with Transglobal is quick and easy and the international rates are the best I've found. Most reassuring is that they are accessible, the phone is answered quickly and the staff are extremely helpful, also emails are replied to promptly.

Fast,cheap and efficiency company I ever use
I have been using Transglobal for 2 years now, I have never experience any issue. They are cheap , fast and good communicators . I send my items from Uk to Namibia and they receive items with in three days in a condition I sent . High recommendation .

Swift Efficient & reliable
Hi,
Just wanted to let you know how wonderful Transglobal Express are, as ususal I was last minute with Alexander's birthday present, so used them and it arrived there in Canada on his birthday, only 3 days after I had despatched it.

Good Prices & Reliable Service
I was recommended Transglobal by a customer of mine after having difficulty finding a transport company that would not charge us an arm & and a leg to send items worldwide.
Their online booking system is easy to use and efficient and I have no complaints. The staff always contact us very quickly if there are any issues with our shipment.
We have not found anyone to rival them so far.

Competitive prices and helpful when things get more complicated.
Been using Transglobal for 4+ years. Prices seem there or thereabouts and certainly cheaper than trying to use the shippers direct. When things get complicated I always seems to get a cheerful and helpful response from the phone team.

Worth a million stars, the VERY best.
I sent my costumes and wigs to Abu Dhubi, POBOX for a show, no problems at all . Other companies were impossible to contact and no one would help. THEN i found Transgloble Express ! What a difference ! The staff on the phone could not have been more helpful , every call I made (10) was dealt with in a truly proffessional way and made me feal as if I was their only costomer. This is a personal TOP service and I would never use any other company. Thank you Transglobal Express and UPS you are all STARS !

Flaws in website
Enable you to book a Southern Ireland address on a Northern Ireland service - first you know of it you get a bill for X2 the original cost (plus you have paid that already).
Website should be robust enough to find errors like this and not let you continue. My tiny parcel cost a fortune to send as a result and company just told me to pay or else. Other websites I use would flag it up as an incorrect address, and would not accept the booking. This one enables this to happen and then you incur additional costs.
So be careful that your bookings are very accurate.

I had no problem get things sorted , easy website to navigate.
I searched online through moneysavingexpert .com and got 3 quotes from 3 different companies , Transglobal quoted the best price/delivery as per my requirement . Great service the parcel was received by the recipient on the day originally quoted.

Quick, reliable, trustworthy and always helpful!
Site is easy to use, if you have any problems when I call them directly the staff are always friendly and helpful no matter how small the query.
We have changed our shipping around with the direct labels that are given out and the easy system to use. All of our magazines now use Transglobal Express (complimentary mouse mat is an added bonus!)

Picked up on time -delivered 3 weeks later!
The parcel was collected as promised, but was not delivered for 3 weeks. I found the staff at Transglobal seemed to wash their hands of it as soon as it was out of the UK Each time I phoned up I was give the same 'auto' response and got nowhere with them.

Used twice, will use again!
I have previously tried to send my parcels through different courier company, due to cheap rates, but they appeared to be unreliable and did not collect my parcels on time. So after a lot of research I came across Transglobal Express, who seemed to have had best prices out of all other courier companies. Used them twice already and the collection is always spot on, the quotes are clear and understandable, and delivery is super fast. Contacted customer service couple of times, have received clear and professional advice all the time. So, to summarize, reliable courier company with competitive rates, have had no ill feelings so far. Considering to use again for future shipments.

Very Helpful
I use Transglobal a lot and they are generally very helpful and efficient. when things go wrong I don't think it's usually their fault. Nearly always some customs weirdness. Only thing I think could be improved is I'm quite often hanging around waiting/hassling them to email me airway bills, before the driver turns up and I have to send him away because I have no paperwork. I particularly like the way you can always get someone on the phone. Knocks spots off the competition both for service and price.

QUICK, EASY & GOOD VALUE
I have a contract with FEDEX and UPS but still find Transglobal cheaper. you get the same service as if you booked direct but save 10 to 30%.

Exceptional service !
Tranglobal is really committed to ensure customer's goods are delivered, and they mean business ! For my case, i'm shipping 2 boxes of car parts, and the forwarder which i have chosen, rejected 1 box and delivered the other, and leaving the shipment hanging. Instead of pushing back the issue, TG automatically took the issue up, subscribed to another forwarder (which is more premium and cost more), and sent the remaining box over without any extra cost !
