I was kept waiting in a short queue for over 15 minutes while 2 staff apparently were making up an an order which should have been made up beforehand. I think that I may be better off going to the Post Office again

Some manual processing is required by bureau staff when orders are collected. Travelex is currently working to upgrade its order processing system and aims to deliver a speedier service and enhanced customer experience very soon.
